I chose a cheap room type with average room facilities, but the outside environment is really beautiful, the service is super good, and the all-inclusive meals and drinks are also very good, suitable for couples, highly recommended!

This place is a gem. It has the best staff I have ever encountered in an all inclusive resort. Many thanks to Julian ( poolside waiter) for going above and beyond for my birthday. Our favorite restaurant was the Grill. Not everyone can go there. It depends on what package you have. Their breakfast of eggs Benedict is amazing. The buffet was okay. Definitely try the omelette and the crepe station they have . Avoid the hotel gift shop. If you go across the street from the Bel Air check in to the hotel, press PB in the elevator. This will bring you to the floor with a pharmacy on the left. Much better prices on sunscreen, etc. You can get a lot of controlled medication over the counter as well. I got lidocaine 10% gel for my mother's knees. You can order food by the pool. The fish tacos are out of this world. The Bel Air rooms had a crappy shower pressure and heat. The room was a little banged up. It did have a full kitchen with the suite but no cutlery or dishes, except a few glasses. I would totally recommend this place for the hospitality, amenities and price. Hope to go there again next year! The whale watching from the resort rooftop bar was amazing 🤩

We came from La Paz to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time at Bel Air Sun Club Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted very professionally by the Chief Concierge Mario, who gave us all the information about the activities at the hotel. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a great view of the sea. For the price, it offers great quality and all the advantages of a high-class hotel. We were very happy and satisfied with the facilities and the service and we have nothing but thanks to all the friendly staff who served us.
