San Jose del Cabo Hotels with Pools

The hotel was fairly clean but sink didn’t work and they didn’t fix or change rooms. The food at the hotel wasn’t good. The bellhop were the nicest and young cho cho, the concierge were great. The hotel had very few activities. It was boring!

The service attitude is very good. There are various restaurants, Japanese restaurant, French restaurant, buffet, but it's a pity that the French restaurant is closed for maintenance. But I had seafood fried rice at noon, which was very good. The swimming pool is also very good

We had a group of 6 in a 2 bedroom villa to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday. The resort is beautiful....clean, modern and well appointed. Check in was smooth and we enjoyed pool time while we waited for our room to be ready. The villa was beautiful. I loved the white and contemporary furnishings. Housekeeping was very good with sheets changed daily and room refreshed at turn down. The kitchen is spacious as we prepared breakfast and lunch most days. Small details, but the kitchens could use a cookie sheet for baking and a larger frypan. We enjoyed the pool each day and found plenty of lounge chairs available when we went down. No need to get your space early in the morning. Loved getting up to watch the sunrise on the beach. No swimming here, as the undertow is strong, but we loved walking the beach. Food in both Javier's and by the pool was terrific. Margarita's are very good, and the service is excellent. The store on the property has basic needs, but found the local Selecto Chedraui has an excellent selection of fresh tortilla's, liquor, wine and food. We loved staying away from busy Cabo San Lucas, preferring the San Jose area for our family.

I was here with my Sister in December of 2023, it was my second visit, and I was so Impressed with the Friendly Service and Amazing staff I am coming back in August for another visit. I find the previous review from ” Vernon m” to be inappropriate and miss leading. First; this wonderful little resort is not in Cabo, it is in ”San Jose Del Cabo” which is a city of it's own with Amazing Beaches and a Wonderful Charm. Second (and more important) I find comparing the Service and Dedication of the hotel Associates to a ”Troup of Monkeys” is Disrespectful and totally inappropriate. I found on Both visits, the hotel associates were Amazing, Friendly and Professional. This is a smaller Resort but it offers so much.

The scenery is very good and the location is very good. However, the sound insulation is really bad. The noise of the vacuum cleaner is around 7:00 every morning, and the sound of the capsule coffee machine in the next room is awakened. There are not many choices to eat, so two or three restaurants can eat. The rooftop restaurant on the top floor of the hotel is awesome.

The room is very large and comfortable. The pool is very nice. The hotel restaurant is also cheaper than the surrounding restaurants and recommended. Overall the hotel is new and wonderful, but the lady at the front desk is very impressed with the prepaid payment at the time of check-in and the explanation of what is an open voucher that can be used in the hotel is insufficient It was incompetent. The staff other than her were friendly and nice.

This is a shockingly beautiful property with a delightful staff and surprisingly affordable rates for off season. It is worth purchasing the premium all-inclusive package. One small issue we had was that they did not have the room we booked when we arrived. We booked a double queen for my son and myself. The people at the front desk offered to send up another rolling bed so there would be two in the room, we agreed and then the bed never arrived even after I called down about it. The restaurants, the grounds the pools were all fabulous our only complaint was not receiving the room we book or the additional bed to fix the first issue.

I requested a cancellation due to a change in schedule, but I didn't get a refund.
