Everything is perfect, but terraza'CR needs to be remodeled , it is too small to take a shower, and it is wet everywhere after used.

We were lucky to get a room available considering the long weekend. We stayed at Terraza C. It is a room with the bedroom at the loft (2F) and a balcony, with the bathroom at ground floor. It can accommodate 4pax. We were a party of 3. I suggest a mirror be placed inside the room because it is quite a hassle going up and down just to see yourself in the mirror plus the lavatory counter is relatively small to place the hair dryer there. Also, when you shower, the shower curtain touches your skin that is how tight the shower area is. The toilet bin is also too big for the space. Other than that everything else was serene. The food was good too. We loved the beach most of all. Nothing beats the prestine waters nature has to offer. The picturesque poolside is just an added bonus. The staff were all nice and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back with family that is when we again get lucky to get an accommodation (as this resort seem to be always fully booked, well for good reason!).

Hotel Reception area - Staff gave us a warm welcome with Acuatico bead necklace and bottled water. It was a seamless check-in process. Gave clear information of the hotel amenities that we can avail of. Our hotel room - Preparations were made - letter, flower petals, and banner greetings which touched our hearts. Room is very clean and next to the pool area as published. Had a great time! Our dining experience - Staff gave a heartfelt surprise greeting with a mini-cake. They took our feedback positively and implemented the changes the following day. Great food and superb customer service!

Whatelse can I say other than great hotel and great customer service! the only thing which was minor is the reception of wifi in my room. i think access point is a little far from the room. but other than that, very memorable short trip!

The staff are very accomodating and hospitable-this is the best resort I have been. I am looking forward to come ba k because I really miss the foods. The rooms are very clean. Staff is very accommodating, and the food was fantastic! I do really enjoy celebrating my birthday with my friends in this resort. To the Acuatico reservation and resort staff, more power to you for giving my birthday the best attention and really memorable. See you again later!

Excellent service and delicious food! A short vacation with my 95 year old mom . The staff special mentioned to Jeff ( who anticipated the hot ginger tea for mama and family ) and Raffy are superb. Our stay is very memorable. Thank you !
