The hotel is charming, modern and well-decorated. The staff is lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast deserves a special mention. I have rarely found a better choice of fresh fruit, juices, expresso, and all you can desire for a delicious breakfast. I will surely stay there any time I am in San Juan.

La atención del personal excelente las habitaciones muy limpias camas king side tv x cable baño con hidromasaje y cochera cubierta Además hay pileta , spa y ****** Algunas habitaciones tienen vista a la montaña Está bien ubicado aunque no en pleno centro podés caminar x el lugar

Vale la pena parar en este hotel. Una infraestructura hermosa, tiene una antigua cava abajo lo cual lo hace más atractivo. Tiene un ****** que a veces tiene show y cuenta con el restorán propio que es muy rico, su gente es muy servicial. El spa es imperdible, sauna seco, húmedo, duchas escocesas y el jacuzzi. Pocos hoteles te incluyen todo en el valor de la estadía. Por lo general tenes que pagar aparte. Pero acá no! Solo pagas si queres masajes. Y el horario para hacer uso del spa es muy amplio de 13 a 21hs. La pileta exterior es grande, no está climatizada pero seguro para la época de verano es fantástica. Las habitaciones son hermosas, amplias, limpias, cuentan con hidromasaje. El colchón y las almohadas valen la pena para que te quedes relajado después del circuito de spa. Muy cómodo! El desayuno es abundante, hay desde cosas dulces a saladas, frutas y podes pedir panqueques aparte.

Excelente hotel a las afueras de la ciudad de San Juan. Fue construido donde los dueños tenían una bodega. La habitación que ocupamos era un departamento, una habitación espaciosa, con un living en distinto nivel, dos grandes lcd uno en cada ambiente. La piscina es enorme y tiene estacionamiento propio. En el subsuelo tiene un restaurant que luego de la pandemia quedó cerrado. Tiene servicio de spa con distintas opciones de duchas y masajes. Es un hotel con mucho estilo.

El hotel es impresionante, desde la arquitectura, la funcionalidad y sobre todo el personal, super atentos a todo lo que los huéspedes podamos necesitar. Un párrafo aparte es para Jesica, que nos recibió siempre con una sonrisa, simpática, agradable y fue encantadora siempre para contestar cada pregunta que le hacíamos. Muy atento también Sergio en el restaurant. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

La habitación que se me asignó era amplia, con vista a las montañas, con buena iluminación. Almohadas y colchón comodos. Servicio al cuarto puntual. Todo muy limpio, un edificio moderno. Todos los empleados muy amables. Totalmente recomendable

Puerta de la habitación descasacrada. Pared de la habitación: Papel atras de la Pared y ventana roto. Desayuno: falto variedad en quesos,fiambres, jugos, panificacion y frutas. Falta más atención al huésped. Del bono beach: pileta con falta de limpieza en el fondo en la unión piso pared. Se sentía baboso y se observaba a simple vista. Falta de limpieza a la mesa que te entregan. Personal excelente ! En todos los lugares. Recepción, personal de limpieza, pileta, restaurantes. Etc Saludos

Hotel muy malo en todo su aspecto Estuvimos 3 noches Primero los lugareños dicen que están fuera de las normas los edificios de san juan solo pueden tener hasta 10 pisos Este tiene 13 más una terraza perp no están habilitados los últimos pisos Las paredes son de cartón se escucha todo Esta a una cuadra de iglesia con un campanario y se escucha cada 15 minutos Los cuartos son muy pequeños La piscina no está habilitada Siendo verano y con 40 grados llegamos no estaban ni las reposeras ni habilitado el lugar El agua de la piscina era turbia Al quejarnos la trataron de arreglar pero nunca llegamos a usarla por el tiempo que tardaron en limpiarla Las ascensores eran sumamente lentas y solo andaba una sola ( tenían 2) No tienen ni servicio de valet parking Ni servicio de maletero El estacionamiento NO está dentro del hotel Esta a una cuadra y media En conclusión no lo eligiria nunca a este hotel Y no entendemos en absoluto como tiene 5 estrellas No llega ni a 2 Lo único bueno es el lobby para las fotos es pequeño pero lo sacan de un ángulo que parece grande No vayas No lo elijas Opinión del bono central ya que ni existe en trip advisor perp es el mismo dueño
