Hotels in San Juan are generally on the expensive side. This one is relatively cost-effective. If you park by yourself, you have to go to the entrance with the parking ticket and ask the staff to manually fill in the room number and name and charge the room in the system, and then you can exit from another parking lot. It seems that all the services are superficial. Check-in and parking could have been smoother. Guests' requests for rooms should not be ignored. Knocking on the door in the middle of the night should give timely answers.
