The front desk people were very friendly. I speak little Spanish but some of the staff speak some English. The hotel is clean. Cleaning staff came in every day to make the bed, give me clean towels, empty garbage and do what ever other cleaning needed to be done. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony. There is a parking garage under the hotel where I was allowed to lock up my bike. My only suggestion is that a safe in the room would be a helpful addition.

You can't sleep in the room because it's so hot. The air conditioning system doesn't work at all. We called the receptionist at 4am and she told us she had other things to do. I'm not surprised that they charge you for the room in advance (115 euros).

Slechte matrassen en vuil op de vloer dat in de 3 dagen dat ik daar was niet is gedaan. Bed en douche was wel gedaan. Maar omdat het bad vol roestplekken zat en stukken met verf was gecamoufleerd zag het er niet fris uit.Dus geen gebruik gemaakt van bad en douche. De slaapkamer stonk naar riool. Ze hebben me na 2 dagen een andere kamer gegeven maar ik ben andere dag toch vertrokken. We hebben in het verleden vaker daar geslapen maar nu nooit meer voor herhaling vatbaar, plus dat ze nog duurder zijn dan in Alicante stad. En daar is het tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Abbiamo soggiornato a settembre per una settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene,personale molto gentile,partendo dalla reception al personale del bar e delle pulizie,camera pulita zona comoda e tranquilla. C è un supermercato dietro l’angolo che può sempre servire.Lo consigliamo.

La experiencia ha sido muy negativa porque los vecinos de la habitación, se han dedicado a poner música en el móvil saliendo al pasillo central, hablando medio chillando entre ellos y todo eso a las 8 de la mañana después de Nochebuena … Ya se que el hotel no tiene la culpa pero eso ha hecho que la experiencia no fuera positiva. Además que me he pasado media hora buscando el teléfono de la habitación para llamar a recepción y no he podido porque no hay.

De pena. Es la primera vez que hago una reseña, pueden imaginar lo mala que ha sido nuestra experiencia en este hotel. Nos cobraron por adelantado para darnos una habitación en la que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en plena noche de agosto y, aunque la habitación disponía de un climatizador portátil, este expulsaba más calor por el tubo de evacuación que frio. A las 3 de la mañana y sin poder dormir bajé a recepción a hablar con la chica, que nos dijo que no podía hacer nada. VERGONZOSO
