Experiencia decepcionante – sin agua caliente y sin advertencia previa” Tenía altas expectativas para este hostal debido al precio y la forma en que se presenta, pero me decepcionó bastante. Las duchas solo tienen agua fría, algo que no se menciona en ninguna parte. Cuando lo comenté en la recepción, confirmaron que no informan de esto previamente. Para un hostal económico, esto podría ser aceptable, pero dado el precio y la imagen que proyecta, se siente engañoso. Servicios básicos como el agua caliente deberían estar claramente indicados para que los huéspedes sepan qué esperar. Si lo hubiera sabido antes, habría elegido otro alojamiento. Recomiendo a futuros huéspedes que tengan esto en cuenta al hacer su reserva.
