Tapia Haus 103 - San Juan, Beach Vibes Walking Distance

We had a issue with our inital booking, we reached out to their staff last minute and was able to be facilitated quickly. Special thanks to Micheal for meeting us at the door and helping with our check-in process. Otherwise the place is conveniently located to food places, quick shop and a 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The room was clean, well furnish with typical amenties, snacks & water, and located in a centralised safe area.

This place exceeded all of my expectations. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We rented a car and parking was so easy to find. Across the street there were multiple food trucks and a convenience/ liquor store. This place is in the center of everything. It had more of a local touch. The place itself was nice and having the complimentary breakfast was the perfect touch. If you forgot your sunscreen during your stay there was plenty in the common area. The host was super responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting family soon.

Liked: We checked in smoothly, and the location is great and quiet. It only took us 10 minutes to walk to the Ocean Park Beach. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet as well. The bed is comfortable and perfect for two people, even have more space. The water runs strong and well. We didn't meet any staffs but they responded very quick during the chat and answered our questions in time. Disliked: The breakfast was simple and didn't provide too many options to choose - it's not a breakfast for us, but more like morning snacks: milk, fruit cups, and water are good for us, but other than that just cookies, hard bread sticks and protein bars. But we can easily go to nearby restaurants and have heavy breakfast. It can be a little tricky to park the vehicle cuz it's not always that you can find a perfect spot to park nearby street. The bathroom curtain cannot block the water well; when we showered, it is easy to get the water everywhere in the bathroom.
