Hotels in Condado, Condado

Stayed for six days, the experience is very good, the room decoration is not luxurious, but it is very clean Surprised that there is a lot of food and delicious Chinese food

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. It's a short car or bus ride from the eastern-side forts and Viejo San Juan, and they had a lovely pool (the second photo was the view from the pool area overlooking the lagoon) and exercise room. We had breakfast at the hotel during our stay, and the food was solid in terms of both hot and cold options (but unfortunately there wasn't any variety between days); we enjoyed the made-to-order omelets very much. The highlight included amenity of this hotel was the beach umbrellas and chairs at the Playita del Condado, which was a calmer beach and away from the ripcurrents; we were also able to use the pools at the Condado Plaza.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. The staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. The beds and pillows were incredible (I'd love to order some of those pillows!) Location was great, a few blocks from anything you need, beach, restaurants, etc. Restaurant attached was wonderful, and recommended restaurants in area were fantastic. Safe neighborhood. The hotel is in the midst of a merger with the hotel next door. That was a bit confusing for the taxi driver. The only negative was the elevator was not functional to catch on the way down. So, we had to walk down 4 flights, without a railing. I have bad knees and feet, so this was difficult. And we limited the number of times we had to go down the stairs, which cramped our style. They apologized up and down about the elevator, but, there was no offer to help with the bags or to at least help with the elevator the last morning. I recommend providing they fix the elevator, put in a railing in the stairwell, and offer assistance with bags under these sorts of circumstances.

The hotel is 13 dollars from the airport by taxi, the price at midnight The hotel facilities are simple and economical, the hot water on the second floor is not hot, which is a problem The breakfast is too simple, which is a problem, only bread, butter, coffee, and some fruits And the sound insulation is not good, it is quite noisy It is a tourist city, people come in and out in the middle of the night The foreigners are free and open, chatting in the middle of the night, and the front desk is still on the phone in the middle of the night The only advantage is that it is a few minutes walk to Conado beach, the sea is very turbulent, many people are sunbathing in bikinis, **, body, surfing, it is said that it was only two days ago There are many food shops and gift shops nearby, There are Chinese, sushi, Puerto Rican food, etc. Another advantage is that the price is economical, score 75 points, how can it be perfect

Hotel location is good, there are beaches in the hotel, but because of the age, the hotel is a bit old, and the price of sea view rooms is also very expensive, the rooms are a bit small and the windows are very small

Compared with other hotels in the same area, it is leading in all aspects. If you do not consider the price factor, Marriott's experience is perfect.  Independent beach, beautiful swimming pool, good service, convenient transportation, dining and supermarket at the door.  If you don't consider the price, the only hotel in the same area is the Ritz-Carlton.

Great little spot to stay at. Really liked the area and the place itself felt safe. Only complaint is we almost got locked out the room bc the key wasnt working. We had to jiggle it and take it hella times before actually being able to open the lock.
