This stay was amazing the cabana was so cute. The area is breath taking, if you go get a massage in the back patio Its very Romantic. Everyone there is so helpful from the time you book the trip Simon sends you a message asking what you would for your stay. Carolina is so pleasant at the front desk and takes her time to explain things there is no rush. Steven takes you to your room and gives you a full introduction of everything and Juan brought things to our room and helped with breakfast. I could go on and on but I'll let you see for yourselves. Thank you LA Pausa for everything.

TERRIBLE!!! Avoid at all costs. The manager is a certified CREEP. He will enter your accommodations without permission. He is very DIM but even more CREEPY. He will try to blame a jet ski that takes on water on guests. He will respond to an attack from one of their dogs on site not by offering proof of the dogs vaccinations, or offering medical assistance. There are several great places in Guatupe - Go to Levit, Bosko, The Luze, The Brown Do everything you can to avoid the CREEPY manager.

What a beautiful place filled with warm, attentive and wonderful staff. We just came back from nights at La Pausa and I am so sad that it was time to leave. Guatape deserves more than just a day trip. There’s so much to explore between the lake and the mountains. Don’t hesitate to book!

Had a wonderful stay. Stayed in a double cabin, the bed, pillows, and duvet are extremely comfortable makes you want to stay in bed all day overlooking the reservoir. We stayed in cabin #13, just above the water, we even say a bunch of fish from our deck. The yacuzzi is top notch, and the fireplace adds a very cozy vibe to the cabin. Loved how private it is, felt like we were in our own world. The cabin also has a small kitchenette with basic utensils. The restaurant had great food, even has a doggy menu that our dog loved. The prices are adequate for the quality and quantity. Room service is included. Gotta say breakfast in bed is a very nice touch. It’s got good reliable wifi. However cell phone reception isn’t the best, but with the wifi it’s more than enough. The entire hotel is pet-friendly, even the restaurant so a big plus for us. Overall would definitely visit again.

The best hotel in Guatape if you love piece and quiet , all the hotel staff are just wonderful and welcoming , the room have a great lake view with a fire pit. The breakfast here is outstanding and the coffee is the best.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Ramona Taveras 6/22/23

Las habitaciones son preciosas, con una vista increíble a la represa. Son muy cómodas, grandes y modernas, todo impecable! Nos encantó la chimenea y la bañera en la terraza. La atención es excelente y la comida deliciosa (especialmente los desayunos) nos alojamos con mi perrita y disfrutamos los deportes náuticos que tienen incluidos, una estadía espectacular!

Este lugar es increíble!! Lo recomiendo a todos, la comida, la vista, el servicio es muy top! Los Waffles de yuca y la burger trufada nuestros favoritos. Plus!! Es pet friendly Nos quedamos en la cabaña familiar y es muy grande y cómoda. Volveremos pronto

Très beau lieu et vue panoramique incroyable de la chambre. La chambre était magnifique, grande , ecolodge sans tele attention... Jacuzzi extérieur et feu / brazzero a gaz sur la terrasse pour un ambiance cosy. Service très efficace et rapide, personnel aux petits soins. Un peu bruyant à notre arrivée le samedi après midi en raison des bateaux et hélicoptères mais cela n'a pas duré. Par contre eloigne de Guatape de 25 minutes en taxi, malgre cela nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. A recommander.
