This cottage has a full bath (double stalled shower), living room, full kitchen, and 1 bedroom with new queen size bed. Cottage has amazing views of local vineyards and is only 2 miles from town and 15 miles to the beach. This cottage was originally built as a Carriage House in the 30's. Its a very unique, charming, quite, cozy place to stay. Ride your bike or drive to local winery's or take a 15 minute drive to the beach. We are right off Highway 46 West. Located in the 'Templeton Gap' you can escape the heat, guaranteed cooler weather here with a slight afternoon breeze from the coastal influence. Free parking, outdoor space, BBQ, fir-pit and gorgeous views. Less then 1 mile from Paso Port, Hunt Cellars, Niner Wine Estates, 4 Lanterns, Tooth & Nail, Venteux, Lone Madrone Winery, Shale Oak Winery, Red Soles Winery, Linne Calodo Cellars, Turley Wine Cellars and many more. Owners live on property but your stay will be very private.
