The room was super noisy. The entire night had loud music from cars, people singing and shouting in the street returning from a nearby club and on top of this the taxi company next door, where all the drunks gathered to find a taxi to go home. All this destroyed my first day where I felt like a zombie due to the lack of sleep. Besides nice staff I don't recommend this place, smell in room, shower mal functioning etc. During breakfast it was cozy with all dogs taken by other guests. In short this place is a super over priced hotel where I don't recommend people to go for that price.

This is a lovely hotel in a fabulous location with friendly, helpful staff. Room with balcony had good amount of space and hotel was very clean. Hotel is not new, but was a pleasant place to stay. We walked everywhere. The staff helped us with a hike location and dinner reservation, and in both cases were happy to help.

I advise all international visitors to stay away from this place. As a family staying in 3 rooms we got: tiny rooms, musty smell, meagre breakfast, no hot water on one morning and wifi that failed to work throughout the entire stay. My brother's back was covered with red blotches that looked like insect bites. The hotel made zero effort to compensate or even say sorry for these issues, which we addressed upfront during the stay. The owner was downright rude asking us what did we expect because they are the "cheapest place" in town (NB: we paid 80 euros per night at the unofficial blue rate during high season). It could be cheaper at other times of the year. But it's "cheap" for a reason, I guess. To say we left disappointed would be an understatement. I urge all international visitors to avoid this place. Pay more and stay in a better hotel in this beautiful town. We bitterly regretted staying here.

Me encantó el hotel y el estilo que tiene, bien originario del pueblo. La habitación impecable con lo necesario para estar. La atención recibida con mucha amabilidad y con el plus de asesoramiento para recorrer distintos lugares. Si bien el viaje tuvo un propósito familiar, viajar a San Martín de los Andes e ir a este hotel, fue un abrazo de acompañamiento que quedará en la memoria, que sin lugar a dudas, volvería elegir. Muy bueno TODO!!! ubicación, limpieza, atención. Las recepcionistas re amables, están en todos los detalles. Podés tomar café, té o cualquier infusión cuando quieras, sin cargo. Agua fría y caliente igual. Recomendaciones, informes.....hoy nos fuimos y estoy pensando ya en volver. San Martín de los Andes es una belleza y tiene mucho para ofrecer siendo que es relativamente pequeña, la y calidez su gente, hace que se destaque entre MUCHAS opciones turísticas de la zona

El hotel está muy cuidado, la pintura está impecable. Limpieza muy buena. Atencion excelente. Tenes en la recepción para tomar a cualquier hora un café o un té. Las habitaciones están muy lindas. En el Desayuno me dieron pan para celiacos. El precio es muy conveniente. La verdad es que lo voy a tener en cuenta para mi próximo viaje

Extremadamente ruidoso, horrorosa habitación 104, no la acepte. Estrecha, anticuada y, baño muy pequeño, ducha incómoda, ubicación papel higiénico, hay que tener los brazos largos, almohadas apelotonadas. La habitación da justo a la escala y es muy molesto el tránsito de personas a toda hora, conversaciones y preparación del desayuno, TERRIBLE. El personal muy amable y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Solo tiene 4 estacionamiento y te cobran Me aloje del 31 dic al 2 enero 2025
