Fíjense si van en verano porque algunas ahabitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y otras no. Cuando fui la mía no tenía y un empleado me presto su vestidor personal. Los dueños una vergüenza y la Vendedora de Gaspar Turimo también q ni me aviso. PREGUNTEN TODO MAS SI VAN POR AGENCIA NO SE TRATA A UN TURISTA ASI.

El hotel definitivamente necesita remodelación. Las habitaciones son antiguas y el mobiliario en mal estado. El colchón deprimente, al igual que las frazadas. La calefacción estaba altísima, pero no se puede bajar porque es general nos dijeron. El baño al menos estaba limpio. Los puntos positivos fueron el desayuno y la ubicación del hotel.

Las 2 estrellas le sobran. Lo único bueno q puedo decir es la calefacción y agua caliente en la ducha. En la página sólo muestran una parte.La habitación q me tocó ( 205) ,y todo ese piso es igual, muy precaria,poco espacio,todo bastante deteriorado y anticuado,alfombra vieja y sucia,el baño pequeño, con cerámicas gastadas y sin bidé 😨. Los toallones viejos,desteñidos y deshilachados. La atención del personal en el desayuno y la cena muy malo,antipáticas y mala onda. El menú fijo sin opción para los niños. Cuando al hacer el check out teníamos q pagar las bebidas, nos querían cobrar cualquier cosa,a favor de ellos por supuesto, muy desorganizado la forma q llevan el registro de las consumiciones. Venden una ficha de $100 para una máquina para sacar agua caliente, jamás me pasó en ningún hotel me parece muy rata. No volvería nunca ni lo recomendaría.

El hotel es lindo y está muy bien ubicado. No es muy limpio. Por otro lado la comida es muy mala en general, y para celíacos es horrible, no tienen mucha idea y te ofrecen tres tostadas de arroz como desayuno. La cena terrible, y no tienen los cuidados necesarios. Lamentable
