This is your sign to go here! The staff, the rooms and the food was truly outstanding. We were around the area when we unfortunately lost the key to our van meaning we also lost our accommodation, transportation and belongings. The hotel director and his staff were the most helpful people in all of our struggles. The area around the hotel is breathtaking and you could basically wander around here for weeks, not a bad place to get stranded at. A big thank you to Utia de Börz and their big hearts for all help and the amazing experience!

A fairytale, spectacular location, tranquility and total relaxation even inside the refuge, thanks to simple but well-kept furnishings in every aspect, to the staff always present and available with discretion. Excellent cleanliness, plentiful and quality breakfast and the restaurant with a well-assorted and carefully prepared menu. Absolutely recommended. Thank you for your hospitality

It is a fairytale place, quiet and scenic. The decor is intimate and warm, all in scented wood, it has a bar, restaurant and the included breakfast is superb! A German breakfast with eggs, cold cuts, typical cheeses, natural yogurt and homemade desserts. Truly a paradise! And an excellent solution for snowshoeing directly from the refuge!

Clean and welcoming hotel immersed in a breathtaking landscape. Warm and spacious room with a beautiful terrace with a truly amazing mountain view to enjoy the silence and relaxation. Excellent courtesy kit with solid soaps (Super green bravo!) Very good restaurant, tasty dishes and excellent quality/price. Truly exceptional staff, with special note for Michel who was truly SUPER! Large car park and many activities nearby. Only piece of advice... a really firm mattress, maybe a topper would help! Highly recommended. We will be back!

Hotel surrounded by nature and mountain tranquility. Super crowded during the day due to the many activities in the surrounding area (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, huskies and walking), in the evening you can breathe an air of peace and serenity. Very minimal room, but very clean. It is a hotel that respects the environment, in the rooms you will not find the classic plastic bottles with shampoo and shower gel, but the solid versions. Good breakfast, excellent quality products and all very fresh.

Nice place, shame not prepared for a large flow of people. We asked for an aperitif with a cutting board, an aperitif arrived without a cutting board, the problem was that they wouldn't have made the cutting board to give priority to those having lunch. It wasn't good service, too bad

Alpine hotel, clean, simple and spacious rooms, comfortable, ideal for days immersed in nature. Top breakfast. You forget the car, listen to the silence and take strength from the mountain that dominates in front. I highly recommend this place. the only note could be to improve the dinner offer with some dishes based on porcini mushrooms, they were missing. We'll see you again soon!
