We had a lovely stay in this hotel. My husband had to remotely work during our stay there, and the staff was really helpful supporting him with a place to work before the check-in and even helped us providing an early check-in and late check-out. We were in a family group of 5 people, so they provided us two bedrooms close to each other. The hotel has a lot of amenities that we didn't have the time to use, as spa services, a heated pool, a cosy bar for the winter nights. Breakfast was also very good with different options of food, fruits and beverage. The city is small and lovely, so there's no going wrong with the location here. The proximity to the mountains makes stunning views from the balconies! We would definitely stay there again when returning to this area!

The service was excellent and the food was lovely. My only complaint was the description of the meal. We ordered the duck and were completely unaware that it was carpaccio and served chilled. We enjoyed it, but I could see this would be an unpleasant surprise for some.

All the staff were professional, friendly polite and very helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. Facilities here were outstanding and I thoroughly enjoyed them.the pool was a little small, and at 1.6 meters deep, might not suit everyone

hotel located in the town of san martino, clean rooms, excellent service, nice location, good cuisine, present the spa inside the hotel with a pleasant relaxation area, I would bring forward the breakfast time to 7.30.

The perfect place for a family trip, right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza therefore you don't need to move the car to have a walk in the center or to go to the skying school. Our room was spacious super clean and warm. The warm pool is the perfect place where to spend a couple if hour in the afternoon after playing in the cold with the snow. The staff is kind and in the restaurant is plenty of delicious choices for dinner. We are definitely coming back next year!

We had the family suite, which was amazing!! The location was very convenient to the largest ski lift in the area. We had the half board - dinner and breakfast were included. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was plentiful and good with food for a variety of refined tastes. My one suggestion might be that they add either a children’s menu or some more kid-friendly options. My 9 year old was not impressed with swordfish steak, grilled trout, or chickpea soup - no matter how well it was prepared! We would certainly return, but we might skip the half-board arrangement next time.

We arrived at this hotel 2 days ago, planning to stay 2 nights. Within the first 30 minutes Ute's we had decided to extend our stay for two more nights. Our experience upon arrival was warm and welcoming, the hotel is impeccably clean, and the facilities offer everything we need. Our list of requirements when selecting a hotel was ... 1. Located close to snow fields that can accommodate our family of 3.. one experienced snow boader, one adult first time skier and child (4 years old) who had not skied before. 2. Hotel has to have an I door pool for my daughter (the indoor pool here is warm, and comfortable for Wi ter swimming. 3. Be located in a town where we could enjoy some short walks, to get coffee and see a few old buildings. This hotel fulfiled our requirements and more. Rooms are spacious and so very clean. The staff are all very friendly, and the ha e been very helpful. Food is good (half board) with different dinner menu each night. We feel very comfortable with their covid response, checking, including prebooking the pool to avoid crowds, gloves and precautions at breakfast, all staff wearing masks and ensuring all necessary steps are taken to keep their guests safe. We highly recommend this hotel, and this location for a family snow holiday. We will certainly return.
