Booked this hotel based on great reviews, however turned up to be a disappointment. On plus side: modern design, great pool area, attentive staff Improvements required: 1) food is bland and dry ( precooked?), bread for dinner from breakfast, salad buffet is ok but nothing exceptional. 2) really hot water is only available in the morning, in the evening it is lukewarm 3) aircon has to be controlled centrally from reception 4) shower design is very unpractical- the switch button only works when used with dry hands 5) finger prints on the mirror from prior customer

Everything was exquisite: the staff was so profesional and kind (special thanks to chef Antonio Accoto, to Melisa, to Andrea), the food (high diversity of foods, the pastas were one of the best I have ever eaten), the room (very clean), the location (very close to the beach), the SPA (especialy the massages). Lovely new hotel with great facilities, delicious food and super staff. Great pool and games area for young kids. Very close walk to the beach and main centre. Covered private parking. Spa area on top floor. Would recommend and will return.

Our stay at this brand new hotel (Opening in 2022) was absolutely fantastic! Staff is extremely (extraordinary) friendly everywhere, Reception, restaurant, pool area, spa and bar! The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great value for money.

I have stayed twice this year in this structure, the first in June right from the first day of opening in fact some parts were still being completed and the second now in September! In both stays I was with my 18-month-old baby and honestly I couldn't spend my holidays better than this, even if in the first stay some inconveniences happened that were cleverly and quickly resolved. The hotel has many services available for the little ones (a beautiful indoor play area, strollers, seats and a swimming pool). In addition to the usual services (beach parking, swimming pool and bikes) two new services have been introduced compared to the first stay which are the towel service in the pool and the presence of (high quality) bathrobes in the room. And what about the Spa area, simply spectacular! Not to mention the culinary proposal, very nice and GOOD and refined (I loved the restaurant format and not a classic hotel that focuses on quantities) Very kind and smiling staff, above all very qualitative that of the Reception! What can I say .... just a super word

Hotel opened this year, very nice, clean and well organized. We chose half board: delicious, non-trivial dishes that are excellently made. Interesting location, between the sea and the central avenue of Bibione. Absolutely professional, kind and smiling staff (a non-negligible aspect!). We will definitely be back.

We stayed here 6 nights and it was beautiful. Very kind staff, excellent cuisine and pastries. Chef Antonio super, refined dishes, good and well-finished compositions. Nice and clean common areas. Comfortable rooms and excellent and friendly cleaning service. We will definitely be back.
