I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights late November 2021. This hotel is supposed to be one of the best hotels in San Miguel, but I disagree with the critics. I stayed there since it was close to the Carnival I wanted to attend and the hotel was also hosting a Carnival event. The lobby looks ok, they have a couple of restaurants - restaurants open late and close early, the pool is ok the hotel also has a ****** nothing impressive just a few slot machines and a couple of tables. But the rooms are soooooo terrible, I felt like I was in some motel in a 70s movie. They need to do some serious room renovations. I will not stay here again.
