Pretentious. They advertise themselves as a boutique hotel, but it's false. It's not a boutique hotel; this should be corroborated. The service is poor; the front desk staff are untrained; they're there to either say they don't know anything or just for show. They're constantly on their cell phones. They don't clean the rooms; the code they give you to open the door doesn't work; the floors are worn out; the pillows smell bad. The price is extremely high for what they offer; the only redeeming feature is that it's centrally located. I don't recommend anyone stay here; they're only interested in charging. They charged me an excessive price; unfortunately, I realized this after making the reservation, following reviews that don't reflect reality.
