Great rooms! Comfortable beds! Hot water with strong pressure! Amazing customer service. Perfect location to everything. Hotel doesn’t have private parking but we found parking on the same street. Loved our stay.

Location is very central making it super easy to get around. There is no reception but the communication via WhatsApp was prompt. The only improvement would be the WiFi which is quite patchy and weak.

The is a small hotel on a character block of Reloj, about three blocks from the middle of everything. There is a woman who seems to run things, including cleaning the rooms daily. She is wonderful. Engaging, and the rooms and common areas are spotless.

I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The rooms are elegant and cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Moreover, the location is ideal, close to all the points of interest. I will definitely come back on my next trip to San Miguel de Allende. Highly recommended!

We were one of the very first guests to stay at this brand new hotel. It has an excellent location at San Miguel's downtown. All the best spots in town are easily reachable within walking distance. I love the smell of new furnitures and blankets. I will repeat the experience asap!

El hotel es muy práctico y tiene todo lo necesario, excelente servicio por parte del staff e inmejorable actitud. Las habitaciones son algo ruidosas, por lo que depende mucho tu calidad del sueño del resto de huéspedes. No tuvimos wifi el primer día pero al segundo ya estaba arreglado y tampoco tiene Estacionamiento propoio como se publica en portales de reserva. Atención con esto porque es un gasto extra que se tiene que hacer.
