Hotel cerca de Miguel de Allende en un balneario de aguas termales, el servicio es muy lento y engorroso, el horario de entrada muy reducido, las albercas están bien pero hace falta más sillas y camastros que no te condicionen a consumir del restaurante.

Only short time in Queretaro so took a day trip and one night in ths very nice hotel. On the small side but large and very clean rooms. Small restaurant on site open until 5 with sandwiches, chicken, chips, however good restaurants within 5 km. Excellent staff. Sits next to a beautiful park, Escondido, entrance included with hotel. Great walking paths with numerous pools, and also a spa. Would have stayed longer if we could.

Es el PEOR hotel al cual he ido, llegamos 4:30pm y resulta que su restaurante está abierto hasta las 4pm por lo que ya no teníamos posibildad de comer en el hotel el cual se encuentra en medio de la nada, tuvimos que salir a buscar porque además no te permiten ingresar alimentos ni bebidas. Te retienen tu INE y te la devuelven hasta que dejas la habitación. Puedes hacer uso de la alberca del hotel (la cual es sumamente pequeña) los días que te hospedas pero el día que sales YA NO PUEDES USARLA. El check out es a las 11:30 am!!!!! Sus habitaciones son bastante austeras, nada que ver con lo que te muestran en las fotos, la verdad fue decepcionante ya que para el costo que se cubre deberían ofrecer lo mínimo en comodidad. PÉSIMO!!!!

Me quedé ahí el fin de semana y desafortunadamente la habitación era un asco de lo sucia que estaba. Los sillones de adentro percudidos, los de afuera llenos de popó de pájaro, la pared de enfrente de la tina con una telaraña que se veía de semanas. El cuarto principal con hoyos en las paredes y ni una cortina en la puerta que da al balcón. Ruido de mantenimiento de albercas desde las 6 am en sábado. Terrible experiencia. Afortunadamente la chica de recepción muy amable pero eso no quita el gasto por una habitación que no lo vale en lo absoluto.

PÉSIMO!! No nos importo haber pagado la habitación, decidimos irnos.. Empezando por la atención de las recepcionistas, fue TERRIBLE, te piden una identificación para toallas y la llave de la habitación, desde ahí te das cuenta de la clase de huéspedes que van. Te venden como si fueran aguas termales en un lugar de calidad y demás, las albercas están súper chiquitas, parecía balneario, es entrada al público y dejan que metan comida, entonces parecía Alameda Central. Las habitaciones dejaban mucho que desear, es caro para lo que ofrecen, un lugar sucio, atención pésima, albercas chicas. Salimos corriendo, no nos importó haber pagado la habitación. No mal gasten su dinero, no vayan!!

Todas las fotos que publican son muy artísticas, la realidad es otra. Nadie se responsabiliza ,aunque está anunciado todo junto (hotel, SPA, albercas termales, restaurante, etc.), Dicen que es operación aparte cada uno. Pésima atención, cobro excesivo pues no ofrecen nada, ya que todo es aparte. Logré cancelar justo el dia que check in, gracias a el apoyo de las señoritas Priscila y Fernanda, que fueron las únicas en empatía con nosotros y nos apoyaron, por los demás, mala y pésima atención.

Super caro y está horrible el hotel, el famoso parque está espantoso, alberca súper fría, las que según son termales tibias, horrible y súper pequeñas! Es un engaño sus fotos de publicidad, se me quedaron dos anillos y no me los regresaron! Los cuartos súper calientes y ni ventilador…el agua del baño sale súper mal…de verdad una decepción muy grande!
