This hotel is in the most beautiful and spectacular setting in Tuscany. You can get a 360 view from very close to the hotel. My room was exceptionally clean with an amazing view across the mountains. I found the hotel staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant was spectacular. I had the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. I was very tired after a long trek on the Via Francigena and was delighted and extremely impressed with the food and the wine pairings in the restaurant. It was an exceptional culinary experience. Why this hotel and restaurant does not have 5 star reviews I do not understand. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. The most beautiful setting, the friendliest people and excellent food. I will remember this as one of my favourite places.

Great hotel , right in centre of town, yet quiet Traditional place with lovely rooms. Our had stunning hill views and an actual fresco. Great aircon. Staff decent . Breakfast basic but ok. We didn’t eat in restaurant but it looked very busy Definitely stay again

Stayed for one night but wish it had been longer. Large, lovely room with all the amenities and access down the hall to the breakfast room and attached restaurant (gave 5 *). Not really sure what else to say except great location along with thoughtful and efficient staff.

Best thing about this hotel was the restaurant, excellent service and first class food. Unfortunately this didn’t extend to the hotel inside which was such a shame as the location at the top of the hills, the views and outside were superb. Obviously this is a medieval building but with a little effort ie lots more lighting, chairs to sit in instead of having to sit on bed, mirrors on walls, painting, tea and coffee in rooms it could be so much better. Unfortunately we were given a room on floor one which whilst a good size had very hard uncomfortable beds, looked nothing like the website photos and smelled musty. We couldn’t find anywhere to sit in the hotel or get a coffee. I wouldn’t rate it a four star hotel in my experience but we loved SAN Miniato, the excellent location and restaurant

Booked with Booking, the room and especially the bathroom were not the ones in the photos. Other than 4 stars! Unpresentable bathroom, toilet seat unhinged, unusable and tiny shower. But above all heaps of dust everywhere, with obvious problems for my asthmatic wife. The view of the bell tower is beautiful, it is a pity that the bells start ringing every hour from six in the morning and made us wake up at dawn with a start! Semi-wrapped mattress with skimpy sheets that don't even roll it up so we slept in an unmade bed. Cold heater. We had dinner (very well) at the adjoining Pepenero restaurant, in which, however, the breakfast was very basic with dry brioches. Never again.

2021年に来た時は、すごくよかったのですが、今回はあまり満足できませんでした。朝食は、ブッフェタイプでしたが、かなり品揃えが少なかったです。生ハム、チーズ、パン、クラッカー、ジャムのみ。全体的に部屋照明が暗く、シャワー室の照明がつかないなど問題もありました。リピートはないと思います。

La camera è gigantesca, addirittura affrescata. Dotazione di accappatoi personali. Posizione centralissima Staff gentile e collaborativo Il bagno (la doccia in particolare) è decisamente ristretta. Nessun paragone con la camera. TV con decoder mancante di istruzioni scritte per l'utilizzo (ho dovuto chiedere alla reception) Un solo paio di ciabattine (eravamo in due...) Nel bagno non erano presenti doccia schiuma e shampoo (le ha recapitate la reception dopo la nostra chiamata)

Hotel in buona posizione con vista panoramica, abbiamo chiesto una tripla e ci hanno dato camera con due stanze, il problema che nella seconda stanza il letto era con un materasso durissimo e molto basso, il bagno vecchio è sporco. Non ci tornerei
