El hotel tiene un bar en la esquina donde pasan musica toda la bendita noche a todo volumen!!! Es imposible dormir!!!! No gasten dinero en este alojamiento!!! Llamamos a la policía y ellos dijeron que tienen permiso de molestar a toda la ciudad con ese ruido.

Llegamos a las 14 hs en horario para ingresar y nos permiten el ingreso a las mismas a las 14.30 hs porque no estaban listas. Nos entregaron las habitaciones sucias ( medias debajo de la cama, sabanas sin planchar y con polvo, falta de jabón de manos, sommier roto), solicitamos el cambio de habitaciones y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas hasta poder ingresar a las nuevas habitaciones, después de varias discusiones con el personal de recepción. En el desayuno vajilla sucia . La reposición de toallas y toallones no se hacia completa siempre faltaba alguna. Una decepción el hotel.

Muy buena ubicación en pleno centro de San Pedro. Cocheras cubiertas que lo diferencia de otros hoteles de la misma cadena. Tal vez no es tan nuevo como otros pero tiene casi los mismos servicios que los demás. Habitaciones confortables y a pasos de todo, no es necesario moverse con auto. Es para recomendar.

Excelente opción. muy buena la ubicación, frente a la plaza y cercano a la costanera. Atención 10 puntos, la pileta climatizada muy bien al igual que el desayuno. el punto mas flojo, para mejorar, sería el restaurant. Volveremos cuando tengamos oportunidad.

Excelente hotel, muy amables y predispuesto el personal, nos dieron una bienvenida con un brownie,dos copas champagne y jugo a mis hijos, además de dos masajes gratis, todo el hotel muy limpio y cómodo, nos alojamos en hotel centro y pudimos tb usar las del marinas, experiencia muy grata !! Muy recomendable todo

El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y completo. Desayuno variado y rico, buenas habitaciones, piletas, sauna, gimnasio y masajes (opción paga) También cuenta con menú para cenar, aunque no es la gran cosa. Nos ofrecieron una buena promoción para la estadía y, el gancho que tiene el hotel es que podés acceder al otro HJ (el Marinas) que queda a unas pocas cuadras, y quedarte a pasar el día. Podés usar libremente el estacionamiento, las piletas (que son como 5, todas con alguna diferencia), los toboganes de agua, retirar toallones, usar mesas y reposeras, la canchita de fútbol y el minigolf. Es un golazo porque hospedarte en el Marinas salía el doble. En familia se disfruta un montón porque hay actividades diarias rotativas para los chicos. Lo único malo era la barra, que era malísima y cara. Gran lugar para relajarse un para de días

Falta de mantenimento total. De nuestra pileta del baño el agua caliente salia un chorrito. La pileta cubierta tiene el piso resbaladizo que no se pude caminar y esto es debido a suciedad. No hay nadie vigilando . Inseguridad total ante cualquier necesidad. El desayuno mejor no hablar algo tan pauperrimo y mediocre con mesas amintonadas y espacio intransitable. El check in y out es un verdadero caos lo que imlica en una demora de mas de 20 minutos. Un robo lo que cobran por lo que ofrecen

Solamente use las instalaciones del día de spa. Los baños y vestuarios muy limpios. Las piletas en muy buenas condiciones y la climatizada con una temperatura óptima. El servicio de masajes de Any excelente. El personal del spa súper ameno. Tomemos una merienda que realmente fue muy básico.

Estuvimos una sola noche. La habitación 103 estaba mal. Era la única que quedaba y supongo que la usan poco aunque eso no los disculpa.No le funcionaba la descarga del baño,la lluvia del bidet tampoco funcionaba. Al lado del bidet había una cucaracha muerta. Nadie había controlado nada! Con cada reclamo venía el personal de mantenimiento. Ni siquiera la luz del picaporte con tarjeta encendía la luz verde para empujar... Completamente dejados. Las conserjes del hotel fueron muy amables pero la verdad,hubiéramos preferido tener que reclamar menos. En ningún hotel de esta cadena nos había pasado esto.
