We were travelling in Argentina for 5 weeks and this was the worst place we stayed. Clearly there is a problem with management because the staff were really unfriendly and the whole place just has a run-down feel. This is a typical place that started out quite lovely and has been neglected. Our bathroom was quite dirty and the trails haven’t been maintained. The cabins are old and need some TLC and the dining room feels like a cafeteria – breakfast is really inadequate. Clearly no-one is taking any pride in this place. Avoid it if you can. Mercure -Iguazu This is a big, modern hotel so doesn’t have a ton of character but it is certainly good place to stay. We had a suite which was very nice and everything was clean and in working order. The food was good but the dining room really lacks atmosphere as it is huge and brightly lit.

Lugar tranquilo, acomodações confortáveis e comida muito boa. O atendimento foi ótimo. Todos são muito educados e gentis. Lugar ótimo para relaxar e desconectar da rotina. Tem atividades para todos. A natureza é exuberante e te convida a fazer uma viagem interior.

Sinceramente una experiencia increíble. Las instalaciones y habitaciones preciosas y en muy buen estado. Todo el personal más que amable. Lo más destacado: las actividades (kayak, rappel) con su guía Miguel, y su cocina de alto nivel. No recomendaría asistir a personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, por el trayecto de las habitaciones al hall central.

Le lieu est unique : en pleine forêt vierge et dans une aire nationale protégée, c'est le seul établissement autorisé. Le personnel est unique : d'une gentillesse et d'un dévouement incroyables. Les repas sont uniques : d'un niveau gastronomique par leurs saveurs et cuissons impeccables. Le temps est unique : par l'absence de repère à notre société "accélérée", ici, c'est une pause voire une pose... Les 14 chambres très confortables ont une vue unique : que de la forêt vierge plongeant sur le très calme "ruisseau" Jaboti (de la taille d'un fleuve). Sans parler de la piscine à débordement, unique par les moments magiques qu'elle nous offre dans cet environnement verdoyant. Bref, séjour luxueux et inoubliable loin des sentiers battus.

Excelente lugar, la comida es buena, podría mejorar. Las cabañas están en un entorno magnífico. El personal es fantástico y ofrecen experiencias regionales muy interesantes. Dos días está bien, salvo que no acompañe el clima para ver los saltos.

El complejo es excelente y cuidadoso de todos los detalles. Antes de mencionar los servicios quiero destacar la amabilidad, profesionalismo y buena predisposición de todo el personal, desde los trabajadores que atienden el comedor y los de limpieza, hasta los guías que encabezan las actividades. Ahora sí, respecto de la habitación, una triple, es amplia y muy cómoda, con un muy buen balcón con vista al arroyo y a la vegetación. La comida es genial, variada, de calidad y abundante, al igual que el desayuno. Todo muy bien organizado para preparar los platos que los huéspedes van a comer y sin desperdiciar. Aunque por la temperatura no usamos la pileta, es una muy buena zona de descanso, con reposeras y hamacas paraguayas. También es excelente la organización de las actividades, como la tirolesa, el rappel, el kayak y las caminatas, acompañados por guías muy profesionales que explican todo y no dejan ningún detalle al azar. El fogón con historias guaraníes es imperdible. Realmente nuestra estadía de cuatro días fue maravillosa, sin nada que reprochar. Ojalá volvamos. Vale la pena.

Lugar maravilloso, excelente atención y los guías Franco y Miguel transmiten el amor por su tierra. Las leyendas guaraníes en el fogón de la noche es una experiencia única. Pasamos unos días hermosos y de yapa los Saltos del Moconá un espectáculo increíble.
