Another great time, fantastic staff, beautiful rooms with great views. The location is fantastic, easy to get around town and access to shops, restaurants, etc. The front desk staff members are so helpful. A wonderful stress free place to stay

We had an outstanding stay at The Phoenix! Perfect space for our family to enjoy some time together! The staff are amazing and helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Daily happy hour was lovely. Golf carts were easily rented. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

This is the ONLY place we stay in Ambergris Caye. The location is perfect, the suites are large and so comfortable, and the property is intimate and easy to navigate. But the true uniqueness of the Phoenix is the amazing customer service you receive. We've been visiting since 2018 and everytime we are greeted by the same employees with a huge smile on their face - it feels like you are seeing long lost friends again. The Phoenix is truly special and we look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I just spent 4 nights at The Phoenix Resort with 6 of our friends, celebrating my birthday. We all had a wonderful time, and the resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The suites were very large, well maintained, and clean. There was a washer and dryer in our suite. There was a lot of attention to detail and little touches that made the experience feel really special. The pool was large and beautiful, and we enjoyed the poolside bar. The ocean views were amazing. Several of us received massages at the spa and felt that they were top rate. The resort staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and made sure that all of our needs were met, including arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, booking a snorkeling/dive trip, and providing complementary toiletries and items that we needed. The location was ideal. We would all stay here again in a heartbeat!

I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at the Phoenix Resort. Our suite was well equipped with many thoughtful amenities and personalized touches. We instantly felt welcome and comfortable. It is genuinely impossible to overstate the level of service and care we recieved during our stay. I'm terrible with names but everyone from the front desk deserves high praise for their work. That also extends to the bartenders as well. We were having a little difficulty with a golf cart and Josh was nearby and stopped to help us out. I truly hope everyone at Phoenix knows that they are appreciated and I look forward to future stays there.

The best hospitality I have ever experienced! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and the docks. Gorgeous pool. Could have spent another week here very easily.

I had an amazing bachelorette with a group of 12. The staff at the Phoenix took care of from beginning to end. The rooms were great . They added special touches to make the trip special. They coordinated our excursions and overall created a great experience! We can’t wait to come back soon.

VERY nice resort! First of all, the entire staff are all warm, welcoming and willing to do anything to make your stay outstanding. They contacted us weeks before our trip offering a list of recommended local restaurants and confirmed all our dinner reservations before we left the US. They can reserve a golf cart for your exploring or you have free use of the resort bicycles. By the second day, the service team and bartenders all new our name and unit number. Daily FREE Happy Hour. Rum tasting, chocolate tasting, and other activities. It is a boutique resort right in the center of San Pedro.

The location was great. The pool and bar was a wonderful place for all to gather. From ordering take out to assisting with rescheduling of our local flights, the communication with the staff was effortless. The welcome lime bars were a favorite of the group.
