Pessimo posto appartamento seminterrato senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi, finestre a livello stradale, proprietario che invece di risolvere ha prima negato di avere altri appartamenti e ventilatori poi ha cercato di farmi pagare altri 80 euro. Ho lasciato immediatamente perdendo i 200 euro già pagati, spero che chiudano al più presto

Posto incantevole, l'unica pecca è la connessione internet quasi inesistente nonostante il WiFi, ma d'altr onde è un oasi di pace in mezzo alle colline, c è campo da tennis, da ping pong, piscina, yacuzzi, parchetto per bambini e biliardo. Consiglio.

Siamo stati qui con un gruppo di amici a capodanno…. Pessimo posto .::; proprietari tedeschi che parlano molto poco italiano… ti danno la camera e spariscono …. Letto che neanche in campeggio… tutto rotto con una fossa al centro , mancanza di acqua calda, abbiamo chiamato i proprietari che non hanno risposto, sporco all’inverosimile, le mie figlie avevano i calzini neri dopo aver camminato 2 min per casa !!! Davvero non consigliato ….!!!!

Titolari molto gentili, camere ben tenute e pulite. Bello il parco e si ha a disposizione gratuitamente il campo da tennis la piscina e vasca idromassaggio. A pochi km da Assisi. Molto tranquillo come posizione. Posto auto all’interno della residenza. I proprietari hanno a 3 minuti anche un ristorante dove si mangia bene.

Residentie Serena is een schitterend vakantieverblijf in een prachtige groene omgeving vlakbij Assisi. Katrien, Louise en Kris ontvangen je hartelijk en zorgen ervoor dat je een fijn en aangenaam verblijf hebt! Wij verbleven in juli 2022 10 dagen in een huisje. Dit is zeer goed ingericht en heeft een mooi terras met schitterend uitzicht op de heuvels. Je kan er genieten van een ontbijtbuffet, een leuke bar met lekkere lokale dranken en je kan er ook een kleine snack eten. In de omgeving zijn er prachtige middeleeuwse dorpjes zoals Spello, Sploleto, de prachtige steden Assisi en Perugia. Ben je dus op zoek naar een vakantieverblijf waar je kan genieten van rust in een mooie prachtige omgeving en waar je door de eigenaars geholpen wordt in keuzes maken van restaurant, uitstap,.. ? Aarzel dan niet en boek gewoon! Je gaat het je zeker niet beklagen!

Praticamente tutto perfetto. Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato insieme al nostro cagnolino in una delle loro casette, la Scuola 2. Cucina dotata di tutti i comfort , patio attrezzato con tavolo e sedie comodissime. Alcuni elementi veramente di pregio che non ti aspetti! Il frigoriferino della Smeg bellissimo. Letto comodo, tantissimo spazio per gli oggetti personali. Piscina stupenda e acqua pulita e sempre ad ottima temperatura. Jacuzzi top e il bar e il campo da tennis completano il tutto in modo impeccabile. Un soggiorno praticamente di lusso, per non parlare della colazione abbondantissima su richiesta. La famiglia che ci accoglie è simpaticissima e hanno anche due cagnoloni tenerissimi ed educati. Ci torneremo, chissà magari con un pargolo :)

Eindelijk weer naar Italië... We zijn bekend in Italië en wilde graag weer naar het prachtige Umbrie. We werden ontvangen door het gastvrije gezin. Waar we tijdens ons verblijf alles konden vragen en ze hadden fijne tips bijv qua restaurants. Ook een gezellig praatje aan hun bar waar we heerlijke limoncello Spritze dronken of lekker hapje aten. Het terein is gezellig, heel mooi (zelfs met de droogte deze zomer). Heerlijk zwembad, jacuzzi en andere faciliteiten. Huisje helemaal compleet en netjes. Wij hebben hier een topvakantie gehad. Deze mensen hebben passie voor wat ze doen en bevelen Residence Serena van harte aan!
