Super expensive for the quality of maintenance. The lamps are full of mold and the Isla suite has a very heavy smell of mold. The shower was bad we have to call to replace it bc the only way you shower was holding the shower. The stuff is very friendly and sweet, the food is very good.

This place can only be described as a piece of paradise on earth. The installations are really well kept with access to many, many, natural pools in the adjacent rivers. The hikes they offer will take you to breathtaking locations. We got to stay at the rooms “lago” and “imperial”, and they were really clean, confortable, and included numerous amenities in the rooms that are better than most hotels you will find across the world. The cherry on top of this outstanding experience, is the personnel. The people in the region, and specially in the hotel, are extremely nice. This includes the reception, kitchen, tour guides, and more. You only need to ask whatever you want, and they will bring it for you with a bright smile. We have visited this hotel two years in a row, and want to make it a yearly tradition to reload and refresh.

Beautiful place, unique rooms, nice trails with waterfalls and wonderful food. 2 of us were visiting from the USA and 1 from Costa Rica. We enjoyed the hot tub and the river. Great place for friends, couples or families! Hope to go back some day!

Perfect plan to connect with nature, rest and recharge your batteries, the hotel service is wonderful and the food is spectacular, the hike to the waterfalls is highly recommended. ❤️ the divine forest cabin and everything impeccable, we will return.

This hotel is simply spectacular. The cost-benefit ratio is 10 out of 10. You breathe magic, it's like being in a fairy tale. And the food ??? Friends the food!! Delicious!! The service was spectacular and the hike to the waterfalls was incredible. I recommend it with a closed eye.
