We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was to be told that I was being charged $10 for parking upon checking out. I was never informed during Trip.com's booking, nor during check-in. The front desk attendant did negate the charge, but seemed to do so with hesitance and a look of "I'm doing a huge favor for you". She was not openly rude, but it was apparent that my complaint was not well received. I would wholly prefer that this fee is simply included in the cost of the room. As well, the parking in the compact car parking was certainly that - compact! I was driving a 2022 Genesis (a compact car) and the spaces are a bit cramped (yes, other compact vehicles were beside me).
