What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

The place is okay. But the accommodation isn't that good.
Our door is damaged making it a bit hard for us to lock it. The water pressure isn't strong enough.
If you are on the ground floor expect to hear footsteps or things being dragged and moved upstairs or above you. Dogs are noisy too.
Foods taste good but not plenty of choices. Breakfast is very disappointing.
Definitely not a place for us to go back

The place is good especially for those that want to stay away from the city for a while. The foods are okay but I hope they will have more variety. The pools are nice, yet the beach isn't well maintained. It was a good stay!

check-in was supposed to be 2:00pm, we arrived on time but we were told that due to 'high occupancy', our room was not yet ready. we were told to wait up to 3pm, but then it wasnt ready until 3:30pm! its inconvenient when you come from a 3-4hr hour drive and you just want to relax in your room to get refreshed, but then its not ready, youre forced to wait outside without any waiting area with AC. plus, the rooms are like made from containers and are not sound proof, we can hear the people upstairs walking around. not a relaxing place at all. in the afternoon, we ordered mango shake and then we accidentally sipped PLASTIC PIECES in the shake? probably from the ice that they used??? we definitely had the worse time!

The room is about the size of a motel, and the soundproofing and water pressure are not good. Considering it's out of town, it's just normal resorts are good for children to play.
