Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

Nonfunctional A/C that was not fixed even if we told the reception several times. We just got a small tablefan instead. We just got a small discount after that we had a discussion with the direction.

Small, decent hotel. Breakfast options are quite limited, but still good! The location isn't that close to the city center, so it's a bit difficult without a taxi if you don't want to walk home. The mattress is comfortable, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear quite a bit of noise. The staff is very friendly. Overall, a decent experience; I recommend it for a short stay only.

Beautiful hotel, very convenient parking and a top-notch spa. Excellent breakfast. The receptionist spoke French! We had dinner there and it was very good.

Be careful when booking Villa Sylva SPA, Google map takes you to the city center, this hotel is not in the city center, it is about 4 km from the center. Old hotel, only one elevator, if the elevator breaks and you have suitcases it will be a problem. More like a 2 star hotel.
