Place located in the center of Sanremo, a stone's throw from the sea and shops.
The place is inside a building, on the second floor and with an elevator.
Inside we were welcomed by Giuseppe, the owner of the guest house, he was very kind to wait for us at 12:30 to leave us the key.
Really nice room, cozy and above all clean!
There is a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, a wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets and much more.
Clean bathroom and complete with everything.
Impeccable quality-price ratio.
I recommend it to everyone.

英語が通じませんでしたが、イタリア語で一生懸命説明してくださいました。
鍵の開閉が少しコツが必要でしたが、隣の部屋の音も聞こえず、お部屋も綺麗で良いホテルでした。
チェックアウトの際は、たまたま鍵を閉めているスタッフの方にお会いできたので、電話しないで済みましたが、チェックインの際、フロントには人がいないので電話をする必要がありました。

Esperienza fantastica: camera nuova bella e spaziosa, con bagno ampio. Giuseppe è di una gentilezza e accoglienza eccezionale. La pulizia ottima! La posizione è comodissima: a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Ariston e dal Casinò e anche dal mare. Esperienza fantastica, consigliatissimo!!!! Luisa e Giulia
