Сотрудница гостевого дома, которая регистрирует гостей вызывает негативное впечатление. Она намеренно сделала так, чтобы я заплатила максимальную стоимость за позднее заселение, хотя я предупредила ее заранее, что приеду раньше, при этом она была на месте. Не выдала талоны на питание на второго человека, так как я приехала одна, хотя номер я оплатила за двоих. Делала непонятные и нелепые замечания. Вела себя некорректным и неподобающим образом. Неприятная женщина. Ей нужно учиться гостеприимству и тактичному общению с гостями. Заселилась с испорченным настроением и негативом, которые создала эта женщина. При первом же общении с ней было желание уйти, но пришлось остаться, так как оплата была невозвратная. Хорошо, что 3 дня там жила. Но в будущем этот гостевой дом ни в коем случае не выберу. Заплатить деньги за проживание и получить негатив, некорректное поведение и непорядочное отношение как-то не хочется. Расположение гостевого дома хорошее.

B&B in the center. The rooms are located between the Ariston theater and the casino. I was immediately struck by the particularity of the Urban themed room, modern, tastefully furnished, spacious and complete with every comfort: mini bar with water, kettle with tea, coffee pods and some snacks included in the price. There is no reception and therefore you must communicate your arrival time the day before. The lady was very nice and helpful.

There was a problem in the "sea" room with a loud noise inside, recorded and sent to the management since it is an unmanned guest house, they did not intervene to investigate and change the room. Having left the room without being able to sleep, I send another message complaining about the inconvenience and they dismiss me by saying yes we heard it in the recording but in the morning it "magically" disappeared. Furthermore, the "all Italian" breakfast is a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant or piece of focaccia at the bar downstairs in the street as they call it "famous", but it's still a bar in the street and it's always coffee and a croissant. Then the check in from 3pm to 7pm "by appointment" works by inviting you to communicate your arrival time within 2 hours and then telling you that they can only in my case either at 3pm or 6.30pm.

B&B located in the central area on the 2nd floor (with lift), right in the shopping street, 5 minutes walk from the beaches. Quick and easy check in. Breakfast in agreement with the "Bar Melody" a few meters away. The room was very clean and well looked after, above average in size, and equipped with a very large TV, new air conditioner, minibar, kettle, desk, table for quickly having lunch/dinner and numerous shelves. We were also offered a room with a balcony right above the main avenue. Every day, the figo was filled with 2 bottles of water and biscuits, sweets, taralli and coffee capsules were offered. In the hall there was a capsule coffee machine and a microwave for common use. I think you can't get better.
