Ottimo affittacamere, stanze un po’ piccole ma nuovissime. Doccia spaziosa e balconcino. Le camere si trovano tutte al primo piano di un palazzo. Aria condizionata e letto comodo. Pulizia impeccabile. 2 min a piedi dal centro e supermercato sotto casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Unica pecca se vogliamo trovarla, la mancanza di un minifrigo in stanza.

La posizione è fantastica, a due passi dal centro, in pochissimi minuti si è al mare. Il check in è stato semplice e veloce. Check out in autonomia. Le camere sono belle e spaziose, pulizia ottima, ogni giorno letti rifatti e bagno in ordine. Carino il terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. Suggerirei di inserire un piccolo frigo per mantenere acqua o cibo fresco per l'estate.

Buona esperienza, vicino al centro, vicino alla stazione, cordiale, camere ampie e pulite, un bel balcone, una televisione grande e piatta, lenzuola pulite e letto sistemato ogni mattina. Purtroppo senza colazione e verso il centro nessun bar solo verso la stazione. ottima esperienza

- Service médiocre: pas d'accueil, si un problème, pas de réponse. Le responsable ouvre les chambres à distance et il vous laisse livré à vous même. Les serrures des porte défaillante, les chambres plus petites que sur les photos. Pas d'armoires, ni de frigo en plein mois d'été. La literie pas confortable. Un petit coin soit disant bureau mais pas de chaise. Publicité mensongère. Ne correspond pas à la description sur le site et sur booking. Aucune isolation sonore. C'est noté nettoyage quotidien mais pas précisé que les serviettes sont changées tous les 3 jours. Le responsable ne donne pas de suite . Il nous dis si vous n'êtes pas contents vous pouvez libérer la chambre mais sans remboursement. Le sommun du manque de professionnalisme. Ça frôle l'arnaque.!!! Établissement à éviter absolument !!!

Chambre très belle , Clim + Terrasse, au centre de Sanremo. Mais pas de parking d’hôtel, que des parkings payants aux alentours. Très raisonnable sur le prix. Une belle salle de bain, et assez de place et de rangement pour un couple. La chambre a été prête avant 14h.

C'est un lieu exceptionnel je vous le recommande vivement toutefois si vous arrivez à trouver une chambre car c'est toujours complet . Vous serez au cœur de la ville tout est à portée de main pour passer un moment agréable.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per un weekEnd, si trovano al 1° piano di un condominio situato a due passi dal centro città. Le camere si presentato abbastanza moderne, così come il bagno, pulite, con un piccolo angolo cucina che non so proprio cosa serva, visto che è letteralmente priva di tutto ! Neanche un bicchiere, una caffettiera, due tazzine, niente ! Il terrazzino è piuttosto spoglio e da sulla via sottostante, parcheggiare è quasi impossibile in loco ! Noi abbiamo parcheggiato sotto la piazza principale ( zona autobus ) ma costa un botto !!!! Come ultimo l'accoglienza, sempre piuttosto fredda e distaccata tipicamente ligure !
