We paid over £1,000s for a 2 bedroomed premium apartment on this small complex for a 7 night stay. We were bitterly disappointed and left earlier than planned. Even though it is situated on a cliff above the town any views have been over-shadowed by a new build which prevents the holidaymaker seeing much of the supposed view. We counted over 20 issues that meant we left earlier than planned. these included the lack of hot water for showering and pot washing; the unkempt state of the patio outside of our rooms, the rusting gates, dilapidated outdoor furniture and dirty pool meant we did not feel comfortable. Our list included poor quality of bedding and towels, inadequate supply of basics, such as toilet paper, a broken toilet seat and no hairdryer or iron and numerous others. Everything was compounded by the fact there is no-one on site to take your complaints to in order to get them sorted. It was after 4 days that we finally received an fresh bin bag for indoor rubbish-by then we had sourced our own by recycling any bags we were given. Very disappointed.
