Perfect location.
Very modern

Sheet was missing in one bed, staff apologised and gave some biscuits.

There was only one lady on reception and i waited more than half an hour at the lobby till someone helped me with check in . The room is one the first floor just besides the street so very noisy. I called before arrival to confirm there is parking area but when i arrived i was asked to park in public parking lot

The room was available so I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. The reception and concierge were all very kind, and even though I only speak Japanese and used a translation app to ask questions about restaurants, tourist spots, transportation, etc., they smiled and explained many times to me. The building was an atmospheric hotel, but the room felt modern. There was also a courtyard, and it was warm and comfortable when the sun was shining. The room was cold, probably because the ceiling was high, so I turned on the air conditioner, but it remained cold, so I went to the front desk and told them that, and they told me that I needed to switch between cooling and heating, and they kept using the cooling setting. There was a rain shower and a normal shower, and I could choose between them by simply pressing a button, which was convenient. There was also enough water.

Hotel is well located, clean, comfortable and new rooms, large bathroom with full utensils and its own garage, attentive staff, breakfast needs better service and attention but it was good anyway, we enjoyed our stay,

Nice hotel in an old monastery, close to the center, large rooms and quality products with everything you need, we didn't try the breakfast but the cocktails at the bar were very good, we will return
