Bien que j'ai reçu une confirmation écrite pour une annulation gratuite (en raison d'un problème grave de santé) j'ai été débité du montant total de la réservation, après la confirmation de l'annulation gratuite et malgré plusieurs relance de ma part et des promesses (sans doute envoyées par un robot) je n'ai pas reçu le moindre centime en retour.

La ubicación es buena pero la habitación era muy modesta para lo que cobran. El baño APESTABA y el WC se movía al sentarse. La señora de la limpieza gruñona, a gritos nos avisó que no haría el aseo ese día porque tuvimos el atrevimiento de dormir un poco más allá de las 10:30 am. Javier parecía amable pero no lo es. Yo en realidad reservé por Booking, y cuando escribí mi revisión me escribió mensajes de acoso por la aplicación y me cobró una noche de más que reservé por error, pero que el originalmente me había cancelado sin cobrar. Se la cobró en venganza después de leer mi revisión. Mal. Por ese precio vayan a otro lugar.

Chambre confortable lit 180 beaucoup d’espace, salle d’eau wc, mini bar penderie, le confort complet. Idéalement situé à côté de la cathédrale en plein centre. Tout se fait à pied. Petit déjeuner dans un restaurant à côté avec un tarif spécial pour les clients de San Ignacio. Parking souterrain pour le véhicule un peu onéreux mais il n’y a pas d’autres solutions ( environ 29€ de 17h à 10h le lendemain matin 🤷♀️ )

ドノスティア滞在にあたりこのホテルを予約しましたが、宿泊の１週間前に支払うはずの宿泊代が、１か月以上前にカードから勝手に引き落とされました。さらに同じ時期に、これとは別に多額の金がカードから抜き盗られました。お金だけ盗って廃業する恐れがあったので宿泊をキャンセル、予約した分だけは数か月後に返金されましたが、盗み取られた分は返金されていません。注意が必要です（抜き盗られた分は代理店が数か月後に弁済してきました）

Al ingreso nos informan que la ventana que da a la calle no cierra. Pasamos 3 días con los sonidos de taladros de la obra de la vereda en la habitación, ya que la ventana no cerraba y al irnos nos impactan en la tarjeta el importe del arreglo de dicha ventana. Una vergüenza. Inconcebible. No lo recomiendo.
