Great place except for one terribly unfriendly front desk woman and an extremely small gym that has no heat and is almost outside in the first place.

It was very convenient because it was close to the station and about a 5-minute walk to the old town. There was no kettle in the room, but they lent me one immediately when I asked, and the hospitality was also good.

Everything was good, but I wasn't happy because of the weather. It rained on and off for three days. Especially when I tried to go out, it rained, so I wondered if I was out of luck. The hotel has good facilities and cleanliness, and the staff is friendly, but it is quite far from Concha Beach. If it rains or is too hot, it might be a bit difficult. Plus, it's difficult to catch a taxi.
