Just returned from a 7 night holiday at this resort. We are a family of 2 adults and a 14 year old child. Booking was through Jet2 and we also had a hire car for the full period. As we booked half board, and our flight arrived at midday, we ate out at San Teodoro en route to the hotel. On our arrival at 3pm our room was ready for us to check in. The triple room was exactly as shown in the hotel brochure, and as previously mentioned by others, the room was small. The main issue with the room was the size of the shower cubicle, which was tiny, with a narrow door opening, of around 25 cm, because of the door handles. I brought this issue to staff at Reception and we were offered a room change, and staff kindly moved our cases for us. The pool area is lovely and relaxing with far reaching views, over rooftops towards Tavolara. Plenty of sun loungers, and no problem with people "reserving" beds but leaving them empty all day. The hotel also has it's own sunbeds on 2 beaches. A closer one but beach shoes required as stoney, and a beautiful sandy beach about 15 mins walk away. The entertainment team worked tirelessly the whole time. They were welcoming to all, especially lovely that they greet people arriving for Breakfast or Dinner. The dining room was very busy during food service. Dinner especially you need to be there early to grab a good table. Wine was served during dinner from a tap, which was OK, but not the best Italy has to offer. The food was lovely, something for every taste. A dedicated station serving two different pasta / risotto options, a grill serving fresh meat or fish, lovely fresh salads and vegetable options. Fresh fruit and delicious dolci selection. There is no drinking water available during the day, except for what is served with meals, otherwise it needs to be purchased from the bar at 3 euro for a bottle you can buy from the shop for 40 cents, really as the tap water is brown, this should be something the hotel provides free of charge all day. Fortunately as we had a car, we were able to shop for these essentials. The area is lovely, having a car allowed us to visit the locality. On one evening we took the free tourist bus from outside the hotel into San Teodoro to visit the night Market. Overall a lovely place to stay in Sardinia.

Overall I had a very nice stay. Was there with my 2 sons (12 & 18) for 1 week. The rooms were simple and quite small but very tidy and cleaned well every day. We had only breakfasts and dinners - breakfasts were everyday the same but quite nice. And with coffee made by barrista :-) Dinners were great, everyday something else with whole Dorada from grill, lobster halves, steaks, etc., nice desserts and wine from tap, etc. If possible I would now switch dinner for lunch, as its evening when most restaurants open. The location is good-but-not-great - the city center is about a 20 min walk which can be a long walk in the sun. Also the beach near the hotel is not nice so need to walk 20min to a different (but very nice) one. What is not ok is the necessity to wear caps in the pool (!), the pool is very deep (app. 4m in the deepest place, not able to reach the bottom in most places) and no balls/other inflatables allowed (probably because of depth).

This Resort is a joke for the price they are asking for . Rooms are too small and old , cleaning is very poor and doesn't happen unless you complain about it.Our bed linen was dirty already when we check in. Food is very limited, poor quality, no options for kids . Rooms are full of 🐜 🐜 🐜 , and they don't do anything about. I would definitely not recommend 😐 this place at all . Before you book think twice because this is a joke , the worse accomodation I ever experienced.

We booked with Jet2. We had a very warm welcome from them at the airport. We had our transfer to the hotel which only took an hour. When we arrived there were some people at the reception to welcome us and after checking in, one of them showed us to our rooms. My friend and I had separate rooms and I was very impressed with the accommodation. Very big inside and cool. The reception and pool was not too far away. The staff were very friendly and kind. This includes Martina, Leonardo, Giuseppe, Giulia, Chiara, Gerry and Sara in reception. We arrived on the first day of opening and it was very quiet. It soon got busy later in the week with entertainment, aqua aerobics and exercises by the sea. Giulia was a great singer and entertained in the evening. Chiara was great doing gentle exercises by the sea which was very therapeutic. The village was about a 15 minute walk but once you got there, there were lots of shops to look at. We especially liked the gelato shop called BM&V. It was delicious. There is also a market on Friday mornings which is well worth a visit. There is a lovely beach within walking distance called Spiaggio Isuledda which has umbrellas and beds for hire and the beach hut does amazing sandwiches and hot food. Back at the hotel/village the pool area is lovely and clean. Remember to bring a swim hat or you can buy one there. The pool is a little cold but once you get in you warm up. The bar by the pool is stocked up with everything you need and they do great cocktails. The restaurant has a buffet service and I found there to be quite a good selection and every day it has a different choice. We were very happy with it overall. The only downside I did have was I slipped in the shower and bruised my back, so be careful as I found it very slippery. It could have been worse. I would definitely recommend this place to friends

I had an wonderful stay at the Eldi village traveling with Jet2. The location was fantastic, stunning views with the beach very close by, our accomodation was very comfortable too. We were on a half board package, the variety of food was amazing and the waiting staff and chefs were great , always greeting you with a smile. We especially enjoyed the entertainment and this very much made our holiday. I would like to give a special mention to the evening singing from Giulia (Carra) ,with her incredible voice , what a wonderful talent she is. Also a mention for Chiara who gaves us beautiful stretch classes on the beach. Thank you to Jerry and his entertainment team and all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. My experience with Jet2 was faultless , and the staff greeting us at Olbia airport was commendable. I'll will definitely be traveling with Jet2 in the future.

Lovely peaceful resort away from it all. Not a lot to do there but relax and enjoy excellent food and most beautiful scenery. The beaches were amazing and so clean with crystal clear waters. Staff so friendly, kind and helpful - all had smiles on their faces and genuinely seemed to be enjoying their job - special thanks to Ricardo who helped us to be seated in the restaurant and who was always there to greet and chat to us and to Giusi our so friendly lifeguard who took the time to say hello each day and who showed us photos of her lovely island. Rooms basic but spotless and grounds well tended. All staff worked so hard to make our holiday extra special. Debbie and Ian

On the positive side most of the staff were pleasant and helpful and tried their best, sometimes in difficult circumstances. Less positively:- 1. There was too much noise at night and nobody seemed to be able or willing to deal with it. 2. Food was only OK. At breakfast and dinner the dining room was very crowded with long queues for coffee and hot food respectively. 3. The beach nearish to the hotel was a mix of sand and stones and not suitable for children. A better one was 15 minutes walk away. 4. The hotel was served by a bus to San Teodoro but if you missed it the walk would take you at least 20 minutes. It was hardly worth the effort (but not the fault of the hotel).

We stayed here mid August, thankfully just for a week. We are a family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and had booked a family room that had a mezzanine floor with 2 single beds and a wardrobe which was a perfect space for 2 teenagers. What we got was a loft space. My children could only stand up next to the bed. There was no wardrobe, no window and it was warm as the air con only cooled the downstairs. The pool - firstly if you want to get in the pool you have to wear a swimming cap. Also no ball games allowed. If I had known this I would never of booked this hotel. There is a life guard by the pool which I find hilarious as hardly anyone uses the pool! The food - buffet style free for all! Breakfast was basic, it did have cooked foods but it did not look very appealing. Dinner is chaotic. Not a lot of choice and if you arrive a bit later there won’t be any food left. We stayed here for a week half board but ate out in restaurants mostly. I cannot comment on the entertainment, but what I did see/hear was all in Italian! The beaches - there are 2 beaches. The nearest isn’t great however there is another beach about 15mims walk away which is lovely. This was the only positive I can find. The hotel does have sunbeds here which are given on first come basis. But you can only have 2 beds and 1 umbrella per room. As mentioned in some of the other reviews as a UK tourist it does feel a little unwelcoming. We experienced this in one of the restaurants aswell. If I could have got an early flight home I would have, that’s how enjoyable it was.

I am presently staying at this holiday village and it is 5am due to noise from a party (the second night running ) I’m unable to get back to sleep! This hotel is certainly not a 4 star the whole place is tired and out of date the rooms do have a flat screen TV with only Italian programs, the telephone in the room doesn’t work so cant call reception to complain. The food is always cold (that is if your fortunate enough to get any) the bread is rock hard, it is like a free for all in the dinning room with people pushing you out of the way and queuing for everything from getting a coffee at breakfast to buffet at every meal time. If the weather is cold and wet like it has been for 2 days this week there is no indoor space for the evening entertainment there is a covered area near the bar which gets so packed that you can’t get in (if you do mange to get a seat you need to wear your coat) so the alternative is to go back to your room and read or use a tablet for entertainment. This is not a holiday for guests from the UK it can feel quite hostile at times. The only good thing bout this village is the beach (it is 15 min walk way) and the pool with fantastic views however you are required to wear a swimming cap in the water which is ridiculous.
