Excellent welcome, splendid atmosphere, clean environment and customer care. Rich breakfasts of excellent quality. Starry dinners, masterfully prepared by Chef Andrea Del Rio. Splendid person takes care of all the details. The Sala Director Massimo Luisi is an important point of reference, a person of depth... a great professional... A super collaborative staff Luca, Piera, Emanuela, Antonio, Sofia At the Reception Melissa has an important presence, she welcomes all guests with great professionalism, very sweet and smiling.... And his colleague whose name unfortunately escapes me. Another splendid and brilliant person. Thanks to all of you.... I highly recommend him.

Great hotel! Very welcoming and kind staff, always available. Excellent cuisine, every delicious dish, fast service. Very good and present waiters but above all very good Massimo (the maitre d'). Chef Andrea del Rio was also very nice and made us taste excellent dishes. Compliments also to the barman who delighted us with his shekered coffee. In short, everything was perfect!

Excellent hotel, modern, well structured, in a good position for the town center and very close to the most famous beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff, high quality cuisine, large and rational rooms. Experience to be repeated, recommended. Paolo Foglia

Room: We cannot understand the many positive reviews. When we arrived at night, we were given a room that could be described as a broom closet. Extremely small, dark with a view of an interior terrace and a closet the size of a suitcase. When we politely asked to change rooms the next morning, the manager Gorgio took us for fools. There were no other rooms or all rooms were like that, which was a complete lie. Only after the situation escalated was the manager finally willing to give us another room. Food: We booked half board. The breakfast is, well, modest. Mostly products packaged in plastic, just slices of white bread. We ask for an omelette and are told that it will be served to us for an extra charge of 7 euros!!! We notice that there is a separate price list at breakfast for e.g. fruit salad, scrambled eggs/omelette, etc. The breakfast offered is only "basic". We have never experienced that before, not even in Sardinia, where we were not for the first time. We also cannot understand the enthusiasm for dinner. We have the feeling that everything is "counted down" and the friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Dinner is also only served from 8 p.m. Facilities The facility is generally well-maintained, attractive and set in a beautiful green area. The pool is also attractive and clean. For people who are sensitive to noise, it should be mentioned that the hotel and the facility are located on a main road. We ultimately made arrangements with the hotel for this trip, but we will not be coming back and would not recommend it to anyone.
