The owner was very welcoming and even let us check in much earlier than we were meant to. The apartments were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and accessible to everything. We came for sun and bass festival and nothing more than a 20 min walk away. Each one has a garden front and back. Would stay again ☺️

It's not great for a family as very loud at night until the early hours. Lots of 18-25 year old just looking to party. Great if that's what you are after, otherwise avoid it. Clean and well located for the town centre.

Horrible vacation rental. Unbearable smells of dirt and stuffiness in the bathroom, like every other part of the house. Cobwebs everywhere and even mold on the walls near the bed. Old and smelly furniture just like the beds (bunk bed almost disassembled). Even the fridge gives off horrible smells. It would be understandable if the price was weighed to the vacation rental, but I feel like it is totally disproportionate.

Siamo stati in un appartamento a metà Luglio, a misura di famiglia, tutti i confort che deve avere una casetta per le vacanza. Per non parlare della disponibilità, educazione, generosità e presenta del portiere/receptionist Antonio. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa ed è stato a disposizione per tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli e all'occorrenza a darci una mano. Questo posto è bello anche grazie a lui. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro, in zona tranquilla e con ampio parcheggio. Lato negativo: l'appartamento non è pulito; è per persone che si sanno adattare. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente meglio, in quanto la pulizia è fondamentale per quel che mi riguarda.

Abbiamo girato diverse strutture a San Teodoro, ma questa è stata la peggiore. Interni vecchi e malandati, ragnatele da anni, infissi esterni in legno usurati e rotti, materassi vecchi e sottili, bagno fatiscente, ma sopratutto, sporco, dappertutto: polvere, capelli, coprivano sporco, impronte di scarpe sul pavimento, interno doccia con muffa, zero zanzariere. Infine, gli appartamenti sono presi d'assalto da orde di ragazzi ubriachi e molesti, sembrava essere finiti tra i lanzichenecchi.

Siamo stati a fine luglio presso uno degli appartamenti e la prima cosa che mi viene da dire e': ESPERIENZA MERAVIGLIOSA. Ambienti puliti e funzionali, il giardino tutto intorno per i ragazzi; a davvero due passi d centro di San Teodoro che di sera e' pieno di vita, colori e musica...insomma vacanza vera. Tutto intorno il meraviglioso mare della Sardegna. Una menzione speciale al signor Antonio, direttore della struttura, sempre presente, gentile, sempre prodigo di buoni consigli, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente, un grande. Struttura consigliatissima.

Residenze molto carino... Con giardinetto privato.. Vicino al centro... Dove si può andare a piedi e in buona posizione per partire con lamacchina per raggiungere tutte le spiagge di San Teodoro. Il signor Antonio molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esegenza...Un saluto da Gubbio.
