We were in this hotel as part of a family ski-trip. Since 2008 we have been frequent guests of the establishment. Everything was perfect, both the staff and the owners were extremely kind, the food was impeccable, the spa was amazing and the service was top class. If you asked us, we'd say that this is the best hotel in the Dolomites. We'll definitely be coming back in the following years.

Everything was beyond our expectations. We loved everything and everyone at the hotel. Thank you Oliver, Manuela, Giovanna, Tiziano, Cristina, Gianluca, Vanessa, Mark, Marco (long list of names, hopefully I haven' forgotten anyone) for the unique, authentic, high-quality experience you offered us. We came there for the first time hoping for a nice vacation and we left with a deep desire to come back soon. Everything was high-quality, from service to food to variety but what struck the most for us was that we felt like being in a big Family. We can all the way from the USA and we will come again. Thank you!!!

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel with amazing spa. Stuff is very polite and helpful ( Enzo In restaurant is the best waiter ever, driver from ski bus is the best to). Meals are very tasty. Rooms are comfortable. Spa has amazing Aqua beds. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I wish i could give it a higher rating than 5! We bring motorcycle tours here each year and Almhof Call is always a highlight. The hotel is so wonderful! Cared for extremely well but they also manage to make you feel like family. Incredible food, bar, spacious rooms, pampering options. And for motorcyclists local guides, sometimes Oliver or Michael who also run the hotel, who know so so many great roads and passes and willingly take out our riders. Cannot praise this place and people highly enough. Thabkyou again Oliver, Michael, and the fabulous staff!

Excellent ski vacation in the Dolomites. The hotel is 500 meters from the ski lift and slopes, and has a private VIP shuttle service. Free parking in front of the hotel for cars. The rooms are very spacious clean and comfortable, wellness center with pool, various saunas and SPA service is relaxing after a day of skiing. The food is excellent as is the wine selection. Buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and multi-course dinner, really all great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

We stay at San Vigilio a numerous years in different hotels and appartments but we will choose Almhof Call again. Hotel owner at your service also. We love the rich offer of wellness activities like pilates, gym, walking tours with Karina or water aerobic at poll. Food and vines are excellent, also very pleasant restaurant staff. Home made sweets. Very clean rooms and nice maids. For ski you have ski shuttle from hotel to ski lift. Beautiful and cosy interior.

Room spacious, clean, comfortable. Excellent food and service. Good quality toiletries. Had 3/4 plan which allows an appreciated afternoon buffet of soups, salad, and cheese. I enjoyed my stay very much. One drawback for me was the chlorine in the indoor pool. I am sensitive to it. Other people enjoyed the pool. My room, a junior suite, was lovely, but on the ground floor, and people in the garden could see in, so had to keep drapes on that side closed, but there was still plenty of light from windows on opposite side. Rooms on upper floors would be better. Comfortable table and chairs on the private terrace, pretty flowers. Upper mid-range in quality at midrange prices.

Fin dal primo momento vieni subito colpito dalla gentilezza e professionalità dello staff e questa sensazione ti accompagna per tutto il soggiorno. A iniziare dalla cameriera ai piani, Letizia, gentilissima e bravissima nel suo lavoro, la camera era sempre impeccabile. Cristian, il barista, propone ottimi cocktail , belli e buoni. In sala Gabriel e Angela sono sempre sorridenti, gentili, super professionali e attenti a ogni richiesta, inoltre la cucina è buonissima e i dolci sono spettacolari. Alla reception sono super disponibi e preparati su ogni informazione necessaria per consentirti di godere a pieno delle bellezze locali. La struttura è nuova e curata in ogni dettaglio, ottima anche la posizione che consente di raggiungere molti percorsi escursionistici senza utilizzare l'auto. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare al più presto.
