Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer months, but during winter it’s cold. Recycling required but only 1 small trash bag per kitchen and bath provided. Encourage facility to provide the means for recycling. Within walking distance to beach, store, and restaurants. Only complaint is we managed to book our stay during the biggest party in Italy. Went on for 3 nights with no intervention from management or security. No sleep for 3 nights due to parties lasting until 4:30 / 5:00 am. Really made it tough for us to get going during the day after no sleep. For the money it is a good place.

È la terza volta che vengo sia con amici che in famiglia e mi trovo bene, è vicino alla spiaggia, ha la piscina, vicino al supermercato grande, farmacia. Se c'è qualche problema basta dirlo e lo risolvono. Io credo ci tornerò ancora. È un residence, tranquillo e con bei terrazz, c'è tutto in appartamento.Io porto un mini pimer perché cucino volentieri quando sono in famiglia.

Struttura moto carina e in posizione decisamente comoda sia per raggiungere il mare che il centro. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile; ho letto in qualche altra recensione che a volte si sono dimostrati maleducati e/o indisponenti, ma mi chiedo anche come si siano inizialmente rapportati i clienti nei confronti di queste persone che sono lì per lavorare. All'arrivo ci sono state date tutte le informazioni circa la struttura e i servizi; abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla superior con aria condizionata in ogni stanza e la cucina attrezzata (il minimo indispensabile, ma andava bene così) Fantastica la piscina sul tetto dell'edificio con lettini e gazebo per chi cerca un po' di tranquillità.

Checkout prestissimo
Siamo arrivati tardi e non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua nel frigo. L’appartamento era pulito molto bene, però era completamente chiuso e faceva molto caldo. Ci è voluto parecchio tempo prima che si rinfrescasse dopo aver acceso il condizionatore. La cosa meno comoda è stato l’orario del checkout: troppo presto, tra le 9:00 e le 9:30. Abbiamo chiesto di poter uscire un po’ più tardi e ci hanno concesso di restare fino alle 10:00.

Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Tiefgaragenplatz inklusive. Pool auf dem Dach je Gebäude reserviert. Freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Gesicherte Anlage. Ort ist sehr Italienisch, kaum andere Touristen

Ho soggiornato in un trilocale presso il residence Santa Costanza l'ultima settimana di agosto. Il check-in per nostra fortuna è stato anticipato rispetto all'orario indicato e le operatrici in reception sono molto gentili e cortesi. Purtroppo dopo un paio d'ore, un problema sull'appartamento del piano di sotto ci ha costretto ad un cambio. Dopo questo inconveniente è fortunatamente filato tto liscio. Molto apprezzato il grande terrazzo per pranzare fuori. Segnalo solo sia opportuno un maggior controllo sulla corretta esecuzione ed accuratezza delle pulizie (specie sotto i letti) prima del check in del cliente successivo e che sarebbe gradita, a mio avviso, l'installazione della lavastoviglie nella cucina. Nel complesso è una struttura che consiglio.
