Boa Vista San Vito - Area Fitness, Barbecue Area, Tennis Court

I booked for myself and my group of friends for the eve of the August bank holiday and the property canceled my reservation two days before departure due to "technical problems". I had already paid for days and I had to turn my little trip upside down and find new accommodation, also excluding some friends who knew they had to stay there and who couldn't find alternative solutions. Although the behavior of this structure was terrible, the Booking assistance center was very effective and found an alternative solution for me.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in mid-July. Although it had been confirmed to us by e-mail by Mr. Reina (manager of the facility) and we had paid a deposit for an apartment with 2 independent rooms with double bed with internal air conditioning (being 2 couples), it was given to us for the first night an apartment with a double bedroom and a very narrow bedroom with 2 single and uncomfortable beds, with air only in the adjacent corridor. The boy who welcomed us, Andrea, very kind and helpful, made us speak to the manager on the phone (probably not present in the structure) who only replied that due to internal needs it was not possible to have the apartment booked (and by he confirmed ) for the first night and would let us know for a possible discount for the inconvenience created. We only got a late check out on departure at 11.30am instead of 10am thanks to Andrea, the manager never spoke again, despite the inconvenience created by having to move to a new apartment from the second day, not being able to unpack our bags and relax adequately. As if that wasn't enough, it's practically impossible to park in the underground garage: narrow spaces and columns everywhere, so much so that we scraped the rental car against a column, creating new inconveniences. We opted to leave the car in a paid outdoor car park near the property. Apart from these problems, the apartment was clean and tidy from the second day, suitable for 4 people. In 10-15 minutes on foot you can easily reach the center of San Vito. Bicycles are also very popular.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento Boa Vista la prima settimana di luglio 2024. Nel complesso l’appartamento é carino, spazioso per la vita di coppia. Due punti a sfavore sono stati la distanza dalla spiaggia di San Vito lo Capo in quanto raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi e la presenza di un parcheggio di difficile accesso. Una menzione particolare va all’host Tommaso per la disponibilità e la cordialità.

Che dire, ho soggiornato con i miei amici 10 giorni riscontrando molte pecche che hanno reso meno piacevole la vacanza, sicuramente non tornerei in questa struttura. 1) anche se eravamo in 5 e quindi pagato per altrettante persone ci ha espressamente detto “ragazzi la casa é per 4” 2) arrivati alla casa ci é stato detto che c’era una porta finestra in camera chiusa e che ci avrebbe procurato la chiave, inutile dire che non l’abbiamo mai ricevuta e siamo stati impossibilitati dall’aprire la porta finestra in questione 3) avevamo solo 4 coltelli e 4 sedie, nonostante le nostre richieste abbiamo dovuto prenderli dai vicini perché non ci hanno fornito i mancanti 4) mancavano scodelle per la colazione, pentole, padelle e molti utensili da cucina 5) arrivati nella struttura non ci hanno fatto trovare ne acqua né sale, olio, ecc..non dico di avere tutto, ma almeno una bottiglia d’acqua! 6) quando siamo arrivati nella struttura abbiamo trovato un pacchetto di patatine vuoto lasciato dai precedenti inquilini, denotando poca pulizia della stanza 7) la signora delle pulizie era molto antipatica e scortese e il servizio pulizie molto scadente 8) erano mancanti federe, coperte e tutto il necessario per dormire 9) casa STRAPIENA di formiche in qualsiasi luogo 10) boiler per riscaldare l’acqua e bombola di gas per la cucina 11) é saltata più volte la corrente e un giorno siamo rimasti senza acqua per 5 ore 12) il frigorifero ha iniziato a funzionare dopo circa un giorno da quando siamo arrivati 13) il servizio navetta era con una macchina omologata per 5 nonostante noi fossimo 5 + conducente 14) la casa si trovava a 20 min a piedi dal centro e dal mare, strada tutta al sole con un caldo tremendo 15) la cucina era apparentemente nuova ma solo esteticamente, in realtà era tutta vecchia 16) dalle foto sembrava molto più grande 17) il letto era molto scomodo e rumoroso Uniche cose positive il servizio bici (anche se erano quasi tutte sprovviste di lucchetto ed erano difficili da trovare perché sempre occupate). Andrea, il proprietario seppur a volte sembrava lavorare un po’ controvoglia era abbastanza gentile.
