We travelled with a large group from Ireland to the Park Hotel Jolanda and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging to changes that we requested. The facilities are fantastic; everything from the swimming pool to the football pitch and tennis courts. The food was varied and well-presented and the room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We're definitely returning in the future.

This propriety nevertheless is in the beautiful place with amazing views, is disgasting, I am wondering how they can call it" Hotel". Everything is old and ugly, staff is lazy and unprofessional "say it nicely". Avoid this propriety as plague.

Listening to the 5 star comments of some people would make me think very badly, my wife and I and my 10 year old son arrived here on April 21st, a dated place with immediate payment upon arrival, a room that did not comply with the booking and above all cold and not very clean (replaced immediately), we came here to relax above all because there was a spa... unfortunately only in name, cold environment, cold and very worn swimming pool, non-functioning hydromassage tub and cold water there too, another hydro which it shot sand, Kneipp path only cold water! In practice, after less than half an hour we had to leave the same, moreover passing outside the structure only with towels (the bathrobes of the structure were not even available!), we took our things by contacting booking first and reporting the things that were wrong , subsequently the structure accepted without reservation the complaint and the compensation that we will soon receive for the payment made! The day wasted, fortunately that same evening another facility hosted us to move on to a much more TOP spa! I would recommend carrying out a major restyling of the structure both in the rooms and redoing the spa from scratch if they want to call it that, there are some dated structures around but they are definitely more well looked after, it's a shame because the area is definitely beautiful.... never again!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Excellent value for money. The rooms have recently been refreshed, the cleanliness is very good. Sheets and bath towels always clean. You have free access to the Spa which includes an indoor swimming pool approximately 20 meters long, also excellent for periods other than summer, Jacuzzi, hydromassage tub, sauna, Turkish bath and reactivation path for leg circulation. Upon request, massages can be done for a fee. The bathrobes are released by leaving a deposit. There is also a football and tennis court (racquets and balls issued on request at reception). We chose half board and breakfast and dinner were very good and plentiful. Breakfast is a buffet with a mix of sweet and savory. For dinner there is a different menu every day, various options to choose from and excellent desserts. The hotel has a fabulous view of the lake and ample parking. The hotel also has a bar that is always open for excellent cocktails at reasonable prices. This hotel is a half hour drive from Gardaland and we chose it for the presence of an indoor swimming pool so we could relax after the excursion to the park carried out in the spring month. I highly recommend it especially to those on a limited budget. If you want half board you have to book directly on their site because it is not available on other sites.

If we wanted to give credit to the previous reviews which are stuck in July 2022, we would have to run away! Frankly, I can't understand the harsh opinions given by the guests of that period; I stayed in this hotel on a half board basis with my family in May 2023 and found the opposite. The strong point is certainly the impregnable panorama that dominates Lake Garda from above; but among the positive things I would add the size of the rooms (we had a triple room of around 70 m2!). The excessively soft mattresses need to be reviewed and it would be better to leave the shutters on the French window to the balcony instead of having them replaced with plastic curtains that do not let the air pass through. The structure in general in the common areas has large spaces for guests both outdoors and indoors where a PC with printer is also available for free use. In addition to the structure, our room also seemed to have been recently renovated in the walls and floors with an LCD TV and satellite and local channels and a minibar which is not normally mandatory in a three-star hotel. Breakfast has little variety with only industrial products. For dinner: the exceptional kilometric buffet with raw, cooked and even hot vegetables cooked in the oven was very welcome. Abundant portions for both the first and second courses and perhaps the chef could use a little more imagination regarding the variety of food. Friendly and helpful staff and perfect cleanliness. I wanted to report a problem which is obviously not the Hotel's responsibility, but which would be better to know. If, when going up from Torri del Benaco, you put the address on the navigator and accept "secondary roads" you risk, as happened to me, finding yourself on very narrow, dirt mule tracks with absurd gradients. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel I was looking for, as if it had remained stuck in my beloved 80s. Very large with everything you need for a relaxing holiday: away from the road with quiet rooms, restaurant, swimming pool, small spa and tennis courts. Large parking lot. Some rooms have a beautiful view of Lake Garda which is located not many kilometers away. I appreciated the abundant vegetable buffet at dinner and breakfast.

The truly exceptional location, in the center of San Zeno di Montagna with a breathtaking view of the marvelous Lake Garda from dawn to dusk, and the truly large and welcoming spaces, outside and inside, make this structure with an elegant air "retro" and a little vintage, an ideal place for those seeking serenity, peace, tranquility, escaping from the frenzy and confusion of everyday life... Those like us who are NOT looking for luxury at all costs and instead conceive of a holiday as a moment of true regeneration - to recharge your energy - possibly in AUTHENTIC places, which have an ancient and fascinating HISTORY to tell, here you will feel truly at ease. We will certainly return: for the position, for the views, for the green of the woods and the opening hours, for the ideal climate, for the discreet and very kind people, for the food, for the peace, for the walks, because in a short time time you reach the most beautiful places around the lake... See you soon💝

I state that I travel a lot; and staying in a hotel overlooking the lake certainly has an edge. Having said that, I would highly recommend renovating and modernizing at least the rooms, which are somewhat dated from the 70s and really run down at the price requested by the hotelier. Old mattress, practically non-existent pillows and not even a couple more inside the wardrobe as a courtesy and the worst thing is the cigarette-covered bedspread. The raised floor really couldn't be seen. If you want to watch some TV to relax, well you don't see all the channels. Last but not least, but I mention it equally, the bathroom also dated from the 1950s, the door jamb broken, the door that does not close properly. In short, I think we will not return unless the sale price of the room is significantly lowered. I'm sorry but much more was expected.
