I love the interior design and deco of this hotel, it feels really relaxing, and staff are all happy and helpful.
The only troublesome part is the car park, where I have to park at the mall behind and every time I need to turn long way up to level 5. There is also no clear indication how to get to hotel from car park and both the staffs I asked did not highlight to me there is a lift direct connecting to hotel end up I dragging my luggage go through the entire mall and outdoor street area to get into the hotel first time after check in.
