It was OK but could have been much better for what we paid for each of our rooms. To be fair, I was grateful to have a bed to sleep in during a long motorcycle ride and that it had. My buddy's room seemed to be in a little better condition than mine when we compared notes. The motel is right on the highway and I was worried during the night that my bike was completely exposed. The room was OK but not great and the noise of the highway not overly loud overnight. The bedside table was dirty with stuff left by the previous guests (very unsavory). The water pressure in the shower was poor and not very hot. The hanger rack / shelf that was screwed into the wall next to the TV fell off the wall when I hung my pants using the provided hangers. It was clear this had happened many times based on all the other screw holes where it had been installed in the past. (All someone needed to do was use a butterfly anchor instead of a cheap plug that has no way of holding up the rack, much less with stuff hanging on it.) The batteries were used up on both remote controls required to watch any TV and since there is no employee on-location, the person that answered the service phone number said they'd bring new ones out in about 15 minutes. I was able to make things work somewhat by mixing batteries and operating each remote one at a time and after 25 minutes of waiting, I called back and told them not to come out after all as it was a rainy night and I was able to get by. Em's cafe across the street is pretty good for lunch and dinner, but they do not serve breakfast. We ended up riding to Thompson Falls about 30 minutes away to eat after checking out.
