Morning I made bookings ad they where all cancellations we had to re book again firstly I
Mixed up dates ad had to cancel so i cancelled ad apologies made ad i rebooked bt all got canceled ad till now I hv bn refunded only one booking the hotel refused to help so we had to rebook ad pay as it was midnight

The hotel is nice. There is a Chinese restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine and a Hunan restaurant next to it. There is a gym where you can jog. The windows are locked and cannot be opened for ventilation. The only option is to turn on the air conditioning ventilation system.

The hotel is located in Sandton, safe, about 8 minutes' drive from Mandela Square. There are 2 Chinese restaurants in the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and has a good service attitude!
There are 2 bad points. The kitchen is too small, so the breakfast every day is repeated, and there are not many choices.
At 3 o'clock in the afternoon one day, the alarm suddenly sounded in the room, and I ran downstairs in fear. It turned out to be a fire drill for internal employees, and customers were also involved. 🤷

New hotel 2024, closed territory, looks like a castle, very unusual and original. Convenient location, good area. Very decent breakfasts, the hotel creates the feeling of a 4-star hotel, although it is a 3-star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything smells of newness, but of course we were so lucky) I recommend!
