Nine the entertainer was outstanding, very friendly and polite, always happy. Hotel was clean Food was great The bar staff was brilliant. We had a fantastic break Activities throughout the day and night we didn't have children but the kids entertainment was great. Jamica the other entertainer was a lovely man. We will definitely return

The Hotel itself is stunning! As an English traveler it was unusual at times but be patient with the staff and you’re sure to have a nice time! The entertainers are super attentive and massively friendly,great with the kids and awesome dancers! The food is delicious once you get used to how unique it is! And the views of the pool and beach are beautiful! Rooms are average but again the cleanliness is great and staff can’t do enough for you! Massive appreciation and love to all ❤️❤️❤️

all the animation team were brilliant. they were so friendly and spoke to us everyday, we kind of created a bond with them because we was here for a week. they are really nice people and are very good dancers. The food was interesting and took abit of time to get used too as we are british and it was strange but after a while we got used too it and now we enjoy it :) the hotel was brilliant, but the billiards table, the football table and the air hockey table didn’t work the entire time we were here for a week. the rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toilet roll and the cleaners even created a little heart with the towels with some roses, when we first walked in everything was spotless and the view from our balcony was brilliant :) The wifi is abit iffy in our room so it was hard to connect too but in the lobby and outside area the wifi worked very well but that wasn’t a major problem.

It was really Good and very good quality service and also friendly staff with animators I recommend it to everyone, 10/10 There was also shop with magnets and other things to buy, I had ultra all in exclusive and I also had unlimited free drinks, But I had little problem with the room, The tv wasn’t working but the staff fixed it in the next 24 hours so it was very good service after all

Food is fresh, and various. Waiters are verry kind and unobstrusive. (Special recommendation for Afif, this man deserves a payrise! ) Hotel meybe is After it's supremacy, but every corner is still verry clean and tidy! WIFI6 works suprisingly well in almost every corner of hotel. Even on the Beach. Things to improve: Beds give us backache Hotel service's English is in most cases at basic level. Still it is at much cases much better hotel than some five stars hotels we met both in Africa and Europe!

The hotel is wonderful, the food in the dining room is varied and very tasty every day. The room is cleaned every day. The entertainment is amazing, because there is no time to get bored, everyone will find something interesting for themselves. I would come back here again
