It’s winter and the heater was not hot enough so the room was freezing. The light in the bathroom was not working, the towels were very thin, some of the power sockets were not working, no bath mat provided, the floor mat looks as if it has not been cleaned for ages. Location near the entrance is convenient. Not a comfortable place to stay. Shower was hot and good though.

The elevator goes to the 7th floor, and there are steps on the 8th and 9th floors. I moved to "Listen to the Rain" on the ninth floor for the second night.
