Das Essen war durchaus zufriedenstellend, jedoch empfanden wir den Umgangston und die Art, wie die Leitung mit Gästen sowie den engagierten Mitarbeitenden umging, als äußerst unangenehm. Besonders bedauerlich war der respektlose Umgang, den wir miterleben mussten. Auch scheint es den Verantwortlichen schwerzufallen, konstruktive Kritik anzunehmen, was die Situation zusätzlich verschärfte (beispielsweise bei der blonden Rezeptionistin). Insgesamt war dies für uns eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, die uns sehr leid für die Mitarbeitenden tut, die sich trotz dieser Umstände offensichtlich große Mühe geben.

Apres une période de fermeture nous avons retrouvé un lieux très chaleureux, avec un personnel très professionnel, l'agrandissement de l'établissement s'intègre parfaitement dans l'environnement. Le restaurant est toujours aussi variée.

Wij verbleven in het appartementen gebouw, Appartement was heel knus en gezellig maar beetje weinig ruimte voor opberging. Helaas ook geen ruimte om je ski’s en schoenen op te bergen/drogen. Verder is er alles. Fijne douche, lekker bed en groot genoeg voor 2 personen. We komen zeker nog een keer terug

Prachtig restaurant met een heerlijke kaart en goede ambience. Het eten was voortreffelijk met een goede bediening en vriendelijk ontvangst. De wijnen waren heerlijk en de Vermala ijs special voor ons vieren op het eind was een grote verrassing.

Das Hotel wurde in der Zwischenzeit umgebaut. Sehr schön geworden. Der zusätzliche Pool auf dem Dach und eine Familiensaune (mit Badekleidung) sehr schön geworden. Es ist schon etwas teurer geworden. Der Service ist gut. Was uns nach wie vor stört ist, dass man zum Frühstück nur ein Messer aufgetischt bekommt und keine Gabel. Bei einem so wunderbaren Buffet wo man die Gabel mit Bestimmtheit braucht. Es wäre schön, wenn der Hotelbuss auch für die Rückreise von der Vermalabahn fahren würde, wie die anderen besseren Hotels. Es wäre auch nett, wenn das Wirtepaar zweimal pro Woche durch den Esssaal kommen würde und die vielen (Stamm)gäste persönlich begrüssen würde. Vielleicht auch mal mündlich aufmerksam machen, dass am Abend in derAlp- Bar getanzt werden kann. Viele bekommen es sonst nicht so richtig mit. Sonst sind wir rundum zufrieden. P. und B. Wir waren zum Abendessen im Vermala. Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Wir können das Vermala mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Eine Tischreservierung sollte erfolgen. Bei der Tischreservierung wurden in der Wintersaison Zeitfenster vorgegeben.

Schönes Ambiente und gutes Essen ! Leider wurde uns zunächst trotz Reservierung ein etwas abseits vom Restaurant gelegener nicht eingedeckter Tisch angeboten. Auf unseren Wunsch bekamen wir dann schnell eine Alternative. Das Essen war reichlich und geschmacklich gut. Auch unser Kind fühlte sich sehr wohl.

De gerechten zijn heerlijk , de borden mooi opgemaakt. Ze zijn wel behoorlijk aan de prijs. Er was een dubbele shift , wat wij vantevoren wisten en niet erg vonden. Wat we wel zeer storend vinden, dat er al voor half acht plompverloren een bordje met een andere familienaam op onze tafel werd gezet, voor een reservering om 20.00 uur. Dit kon echt niet. Het plezier om een toetje te bestellen werd flink de kop ingedrukt. Lieve mensen van Vermala: kom volgende keer netjes zeggen dat jullie vanaf 19.45 de tafel weer in orde maken. Of bied ons koffie in de bar aan, dan gaan we niet met zo’n kerstkater weg.
