The best hotel for winter holidays. We have been there with my family every year for 6 years. Wonderful location, top-level service, great pool and spa. The cuisine will satisfy every palate. Thanks to the people working in the restaurant (Rudolf), I feel fully taken care of.

Great hotel, staff and spa facilities. Food very good during our Christmas week stay. Ideally positioned next to beginner slopes and ski school. Equipment hire within a 2 minute walk. St Jakob village short walk, beautiful and scenery to die for. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a week at the Kitzspitz. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly, hard working and courteous. The rooms are wonderfully clean and the resturant offers excellent food. The wonderful spa offers total relaxation. A great hotel and we would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning! Another excellent holiday at Hotel Kitzspitz. The weather was not always kind but the hotel facilities and staff made sure we had a great time. Food is marvellous and plentiful. Wellness facilities are very good with pool and saunas/ steam rooms.

My 3rd stay at the Kitzpitz was absolutely wonderful again. Between the location, the nice rooms, the fantastic staff (thank you Helga, Thomas, Karin, Sigrid and the rest of the team), the heated outdoor pool and spa area, and the delicious food, there’s no better place anywhere close. Friendly staff, quiet location up a side valley and offset back from the main road. Very family friendly with a nice indoor wading pool for small children in a separate room from the main wellness area. Meals include complementary juices and other non-alcoholic beverages. There is a chair lift and a surface lift right next to the hotel, and the much larger Fieberbrunn ski area is only a short drive away. The breakfast buffet includes traditional cereals and cold cuts as well as omelets, bacon and sausages. Two excellent Swiss Franke cappuccino and coffee machines are also available for self-service.

Ruhiges Hotel direkt an den Pillersee Bergbahnen und unweit der öffentlichen Regionalbusse zu den umliegenden Ski- und Wandergebieten gelegen. Wacker-Basenfasten-Gäste und Familien mit Kindern scheinen in der Überzahl, aber letztendlich bietet das Kitzspitz für jeden etwas. Die Wellnessbereiche sind allerdings für Kinder nicht zugänglich. Essen vom Buffet und am Tisch serviert überwiegend hochwertig und schmackhaft. Toll ist das Angebot, Softdrinks und Wasser jederzeit bis 21 Uhr kostenfrei zu konsumieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prachtig hotel! Wij komen hier al 20 jaar en iedere wintersport-vakantie is weer een feestje. Mooie kamers, heerlijk eten, fijne sfeer, prachtige wellness en liggend in een prachtige omgeving, naast de piste en vlakbij de grotere pistes van Fieberbrunn en Waidring.
